“DO NOT ORDER VIA UBER EATS THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY Ordered from Ocean Fresh Greyhound Road Hammersmith on Uber eats and usually impressed although this time so disappointed. I purchased buy one get one free offer although when it arrived my free purchases never came. After calling them I spoke to the MANAGER who essentially told it me it was my fault as I had not put the total amount in the basket. I explained this is not stipulated anywhere and was met with the extras will not be given. Absolutely dishonourable. This is resulting in a complaint to uber eats. Do not trust them when ordering!”

“Ocean Fresh on Greyhound Road is definitely worth a visit. The fish was incredibly fresh, with a light, crispy batter that wasn’t greasy at all. The chips were perfectly cooked golden on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and served in a generous portion. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and the service was quick even during busy hours. Everything tasted freshly made to order, and the restaurant was clean and well maintained. BEST FISH and CHİPS 😍😍😍”

“This take away was appalling ! 1 large cod ( all batter) where is the fish?? Mediium cod( all soggy batter) where’s the fish??How can you charge this amount of money????£40.58 ( wth) Curry sauce ( tasteless) mushy peas ( ok) basically a disgrace!!”

“I don't know what's going on with one of the chefs at this place, but I've already complained about the chips being raw in the middle, which is why I always ask for them well done. Unfortunately, he always delivers the same story: they're often underdone, and it really annoys me that I get raw in the middle. He's already making me limit my visits to this place, but I can see I'll have to give up completely... Is he doing it on purpose? I once heard him saying that no matter how long he fried them, they still turned out the same. It's strange, because other chef can make them properly. It's sad because the rest of the staff seem nice and friendly, and always try to do everything right. Crazy, but just noticed that fish was with tick skin on ....”
