“Take away, not eat in. They were nearly always perfect, then they closed for refurb. When they reopened, the take away food has consistently had problems like giving piece of chicken instead of 4 thighs, terrible chips that weren't the usual nandos... The most recent was butterfly chicken that was extremely tough and inedible. Couldn't be bothered to walk all the way back after already getting home and unpacking all the food and throwing containers away. Please go back to original standards, it was so good and dependable.”

“I have eaten in Nandos for years, this has got to be the worst meal I have ever had!! Tried the new ceasar wrap, filled with loads of croutons, and covered in a wrap, double carbs didnt work, it was dr, hardly any mayo and the wrap had hardly any chicken - in a chicken restaurant!! Also tried the new potato side, portion was small for the cost but the flavour was great!! Server was interested when she asked was my meal okay and had walked away before I could respond Altogether the worst meal I have ever had at Nandos!!”
