  “We were in Hammersmith, London for 7 days. Of course, we could have gone to an expensive restaurant, but we tried this place for the first time and they were friendly, the service was good, the food was good, and the vegetables were fresh. What more could one ask for? I recommend this place to people staying near Hammersmith Station. If we ever come back, it will be this restaurant again. Kind regards, The 2 Dutch people. 28-8-2026.”

  “Extremely negative experience. I was sitting outside, simply talking on the phone, using a second chair to rest my feet on, and I was actually planning to order food. Instead, four members of staff confronted me at the same time in an unnecessarily aggressive and intimidating way. Four members of staff surrounding and confronting one customer over something so minor is completely unacceptable 🙁 ‼️ I definitely won’t be buying food from here — there’s enough negative energy in this place already. One customer lost for good — me”

  “I always have my lunch here. Very good genuine Turkish food you even have home cooked options if you are tired of restaurant food and grills. The owner and his son are super welcoming and will take care of you. They are also very generous with portions and sides, very good value for money. Eat Turkish”

  “Firstly, when me and my friend entered it took us a while to be greeted and seated. Once we had been finally seated it took another 5 minutes to get the menu .The waiting time to be served felt like we were begging to be served.We were waited by an East African woman who was incredibly rude she made us feel like we were bothering her and could not answer simple questions about portions.We saw her catering others in a polite manner but giving us almost the cold shoulder.Honestly the food is good but only come if you want to be treated with BAD SERVICE!!”

  “We ordered the house special, it’s a mixed grill to feed 2 to 3 people. Can definitely feed 3 people. Let’s start off on a positive note. The grilled wings are phenomenal, more like Afghan grilled wings than Turkish grilled wings in terms of flavour/marinade. The crisp on the wings are immaculate, the juiciness of the wings retained. The wings were the star of the show, so much so that I think this store should only serve these wings, 1 item on the menu. Unfortunately my verdict is that this should have been a one man show. The Adana kofte was just about good, and everything else was exceptionally mediocre. Lacking seasoning and dry, especially the lamb shish. Vehemently disappointed in how flavourless the shish kebabs were. I just forgot that we had chops, that’s how forgetful they were. I’m sorry to be a harsh critic, but when spending £60+ I expect more. I must reiterate that the grilled wings are so nice, I’d come back here along just for the wings. The salad was very fresh and tasty, especially the dressing it’s bathed in. The dips were nice, as was the bread. Overall, I’m quite disappointed in the food. The service was also subpar, we had to call for the servers attention after a while of waiting, and one patron had left the premises even though they arrived before us, as they were waiting to have their order taken but were not tended to. Whilst we had our meal, a server did not come over to ask us if everything was okay. However, I must caveat this with the fact they are understaffed, they need more waiters for sure. I would not come back to this establishment (unless for the wings), but it was rated one rating below satisfactory. I must note my companion had a significantly better culinary experience than me, so this may be down to personal preference.”

  “Thank you Hanna Our dinner at Capital Restaurant was fantastic, but what truly made it a memorable experience was our waiter, Hanna .She is service was absolutely impeccable. What an incredible find! From start to finish, our experience was flawless. The mixed grill was bursting with flavor, and the Lamb Ribs as cooked to perfection. The service was attentive and friendly without being overbearing. The atmosphere was lively and inviting. We can't wait to come back and try the rest of the menu. Highly, highly recommend!   “The food taste was good but the waitress seemed to be a little upset i wonder why but then it showed at work and her service made the restaurant look bad and made us upset, maybe she was tired or something being. A weekend but then again we always expect politeness and happy face while we go to eat in a restaurant… overall i would say, it’s value for money for family combinations, the food taste was nice, service needs to improve should be more polite and respectful.”
