  “Chanel was an amazing server, very polite and knows how to upsell items to order, she also recommended me to try the new flavours. She was very descriptive and made me feel heard. The rest of the team was very attentive also. Food came out hot with not much wait time although it appeared to be busy. Thank you.”

  “The lady hosting yesterday was nice and did an excellent job. The portion size was quite small compared to other nandos, but I need to lose weight anyways so maybe not the worst thing xx”

  “Nando’s Sydenham is consistently great. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and efficient, even when it’s busy. The food is always fresh and cooked perfectly — juicy chicken with just the right amount of char, and the sides are spot on every time. The restaurant is clean, well-organised, and has a relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to enjoy a meal whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeaway. Orders come out quickly, and the team clearly takes pride in what they do. Easily one of the better Nando’s locations — reliable quality, great service, and a place I’m always happy to return to.”

  “Was warmly greeted by two females at the door Sharon and Rashma at sydenham branch! They worked above and beyond to meet our needs, catering to a group of 9. The evening was very busy as one can imagine on a Friday evening. However their high spirits, politeness and efficiency to cater to us was excellent! Morever the manager on the night was very rude when serving some of us our food we felt as though us being their was a burden to her busy evening. Didn't get her name as she wasn't wearing her name badge properly. I do remember her wearing a pale shirt and deep blue jeans. She was abrupt when one of us kindly asked where their order was! Furthermore a massive thank you to the young females Sharon and Rashma. Nandos should feel proud to know that they have GREAT STAFF WHO ACTUALLY WANT TO BE THERE COME RAIN OR SHINE, what assets to the Nandos team! THANK YOU SHARON RASHMA AND THE KITCHEN TEAM !”

  “I ordered the Peri Mac Chicken Wrap and a regular Chicken Wrap and the quality was genuinely awful. I’ve had the same order from here before and it was decent, so I expected the same again. Instead, both wraps were practically empty. A few tiny pieces of chicken, barely any mac and cheese, no real sauce, and a giant dry tortilla just swallowing everything. What made it worse is that I was starving, and I paid £25 for something that didn’t even come close to a proper meal. It felt careless and lazy, like whoever made it just didn’t bother. This looked nothing like what’s advertised, and definitely not like what I’ve had here before. If this is the new standard, it’s not worth ordering from here anymore.”
