“While the food is good, the customer service at the Holloway branch is highly disappointing. This was my second visit, and the atmosphere feels strictly transactional—just 'pay, eat, and leave.' I dined with a group of friends, and we were served by staff with unwelcoming expressions and the table wasn't cleaned.
