“We have been many times to this branch and the staff always lack initiative and some even have an attitude problem. For example, my wife ordered kids meal (mild level spice) and an adult meal (hot level spice). When it arrived, both were mild, so we spoke to a waitress to simply get this corrected, as its an easy mistake to make. When the waitress came back with a smirk and gleefully told us that our order "said lemon and herb and you have started eating it" referencing the few bites taken. That was infuriating customer service. On another note, we had two adults, a toddler, and a weaning baby - the table soon crowded with used plates and napkins (see photos). We were in there for two hours, and the table looked like those photos almost the entire time, with no staff offering to clear our table and create space for us.”

“Came in on a tuesday evening, and sat down for 40mins wait. The chair's aren't that comfortable on an empty stomach, watched several arrive after, eat and leave. Pretty dissapointing, no real explanation but the staff were very apologetic.”

“Made an order for delivery via deliveroo however some items where missing(mistakes happen) however nor deliveroo or nandos customer service where interested in my problem at all i went to the beckenham branch and spoke to the manager Leah who was fantastic!! They replaced my order completely and gave me some complementary items wich made it better.. thank you Leah nandos is another company it appears that should recognise there customer facing staff like Leah are what make there company and are a very valuable asset.”
