  “I would say that the most important and best thing they have is their amazing staff, especially the black guy with braids — he is so friendly, welcoming, and always makes you feel comfortable. The cocktails are really nice, ice-cold, and full of flavour. My favourite is definitely the Porn Star Martini — it never disappoints! 🍸 The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the food I tried was also really tasty. Overall, a great place with lovely staff, delicious drinks, and a fantastic atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back! ❤️”

  “This place is excellent place to go. When having food and drinks as a couple or as a party, a brilliant food absolutely tasty. The service is absolutely brilliant too I would recommend this place to come here. And enjoy yourself. Felt so much at ease and walked out of here feeling so fat. I could not find room for pudding”

  “I visited Paloma Restaurant a week ago with two other people, and everything was perfectly fine. Unfortunately, I returned this evening with a group of five, and the experience was completely different. We ordered several cocktails and some food. The service was extremely poor: the cocktails took more than 20 minutes to arrive and were brought out one at a time, meaning we could not even raise a toast together. I ordered a Negroni, which should have a distinctive bitter and well-balanced flavour. Instead, it was extremely sweet, apparently because the amount of vermouth was far greater than it should have been. The cocktail was completely unbalanced and tasted nothing like a properly made Negroni. When the food arrived, we had no plates, cutlery or anything else with which to eat—unless they expected us to eat with our hands. One of the dishes was a burger, which arrived completely medium and undercooked in the centre. When we pointed this out, the waitress simply told us, “We always serve it like that,” and then added, “But it’s beef.” This response showed a concerning lack of understanding of food hygiene. A burger is made from minced meat, so serving it undercooked requires very strict and properly validated food-safety controls. I strongly suggest that the owner provide the staff with appropriate food-hygiene training. The burger was not even touched, yet it was still left on the bill. Good customer service would have meant apologising, removing it immediately and taking it off the bill. Thank you for the pleasant experience we had on our first visit, but after tonight’s experience, we will not be returning.”

  “My husband and I visited Paloma for the first time and just by chance….THE FOOD WAS SUPERB, and the servers were such a happy, professional group, it was a pleasure being served by them…in fact, ALL OF THEM were exceptional! I highly recommend and will certainly return!! Thank you to you all! !”
