“So I went to wimpy today, and I must say the food was DIVINE. I was greeted by everyone on arrival, such friendly welcoming staff, ready to serve you as soon as you walk in. I was served by Tilly? I think that was her name, she gave amazing customer service and a delicious scrumptious burger. 🍔😮‍💨👌🏽”

“Wimpy used to give a full plate of chips with a quarter pounder meal, now we get a small portion in a bowl on the plate. Not a good look.”

“I used to come to this Wimpy restaurant usually onc a month with my mum who was 101. We enjoyed our lunch and time spent together . The staff were always friendly. She sadly passed away peacefully in her sleep and her funeral will be next week.”

“The worst experience i’ve ever had. One waiter told us we could order a breakfast but then when another waiter came to take our order he said the cook refused to cook it but she’d do an all day breakfast. Bare in mind the place was basically empty so i dont understand how a cook can refuse to cook whats on the menu. So we ordered our food and as we were waiting the cook was stood there talking about me and my partner being really bitchy and moody. Had a face like a slapped ass and was laughing with the other waitress at us making comments. Before i lost my temper, me and my partner decided to leave. Because why am i sitting there and letting a little girl be rude like that. I think your staff need to learn some customer service.”

“It's a nostalgia trip, but genuinely great service and the food is better than most fast food outlets. Kids meal deal is a steal!”

“I came here to Wimpy Beckenham with my mum for her birthday there is lots of seats and tables inside we chose our own table and we was greeted by a nice staff member called Debbie. We waited around 10 to 15 minutes for the food it was amazing and delicious the chips were nice and hot and the burgers was filling. The milkshakes was ice cold and refreshing had such a great tatse to it. We also ordered pudding which was the brown derby the dought was nice and hot with a great crunch to it and the ice cream on top of it was nice and cold and it went together well. Wimpy brought back so many memories for me and my mum we had a amazing time here the service was fantastic and the restaurant was clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend coming here the total for everything was £40 but it was worth every penny. Thank you Wimpy and thank you to Debbie and the chef for the wonderful food and great customer service will definitely come back very soon.”
