Quick info
About Nando's Battersea Power Station
Nando's Battersea Power Station is a restaurant in London, on Level 1 of Turbine Hall B inside The Power Station. A self-serve pump station lets diners dispense their own peri-peri sauces into a bowl, much like a drinks machine. The kitchen is built around peri-peri chicken, and the sharing platter brings grilled boneless chicken thighs and breasts to the table. Pitta arrives with hummus and a peri-peri drizzle, and char-grilled sweetcorn is one of the sides. Spice level is chosen from the PERi-ometer, and salads and plant-based options sit alongside the chicken. The restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner.

Customer Review Summary
Diners most often single out the sauce dispenser station, where sauce goes straight into a bowl instead of being shaken from a bottle, and several call the pumps a small touch that added to the visit. Close behind, reviewers describe friendly, welcoming staff and a clean restaurant with lovely interior design and artwork. On the plate, they name the pitta with hummus and peri-peri drizzle, chicken livers with a Portuguese roll, char grilled sweetcorn, and a sharing platter of moist boneless thighs and breasts with rainbow slaw, peas with mint and garlic bread. One family praises the Nandinos meals for kids. The complaints are fewer. One reviewer says the chicken thigh seems smaller every year, and a regular who eats here weekly describes food left sitting under the heat lamp while other tables were served, so they had to ask a server to bring it over.

“My grandson eats at Nando’s almost every day, and we truly believe this is the best branch. It’s always clean, the food is great, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to SYLVAIN , who always treats customers with kindness and makes everyone feel valued. When he’s off, we actually miss him and look forward to seeing him again! We’ve been to other Nando’s restaurants, but this one is by far the best. I highly recommend it! I’d especially like to highlight him. SYLVAIN surprises us every time with how caring and attentive he is. And it’s clear that he treats not only us, but every customer with genuine respect and care. That kind of attitude really makes a difference.”

“Nando’s Battersea Power Station is hands-down the BEST Nando’s around. Every dish comes out perfectly prepared and bursting with flavour! 🔥 A huge shoutout to Osato, my absolute favourite staff member. Her energy is infectious, and she lights up the room every single time. She’s warm, welcoming, and speaks with such genuine kindness that it makes the whole visit feel special. Thank you to the amazing Battersea team for always delivering an unforgettable experience! 🙌”

“Great food - as would expect apart from the odd occasion it’s not good (same as every chain). Service could be improved, we eat here weekly as we work here, multiple times you see your food just sitting under the heat lamp, servers seem to habitually leave it there for 10-15 minutes regularly, and you actually have to ask them “sorry my food is up there, can you please bring it over?” This is after watching them take everyone else’s food except yours!! The counter staff are brilliant - and generally it’s a good experience but just send the food out as soon as it’s ready!!”

“We ate here last Saturday. We used it as brunch. When we arrived we were seated promptly. We got our instructions on how to order. The whole ordering thing worked perfectly. I had not eaten in a Nandos before and did not know what to expect. I went along with my adult children's recommendations saying that the food was good and they were absolutely right. The food, the service and the restaurant were excellent. The Nandos char grilled sweetcorn is now part of my deathrow final meal menu. I will be back.”

“We had a sharing platter, grilled boneless chicken thighs and breasts which were moist and well flavoured. We had 4 sides, rainbow slaw, peas, garlic bread and mash potatoes. It was the most perfect meal. Peas were flavourful with mint was my absolute fav with the slaw which had a very nice crunch from the pine nuts. Garlic bread was toasted to perfection and buttery and garlicky. Nandos in Singapore doesnt even come close.”
