  “We had such a wonderful experience at Heard! From the moment we arrived, Maria gave us such a warm and friendly welcome, and Khadija looked after us throughout our meal and was absolutely lovely and attentive. We tried a great selection of burgers, including the Classic, another Classic-style burger, the Truffle Burger, and the Heard Burger. Everything was delicious — the burgers were juicy, full of flavour, and cooked perfectly. We also ordered the fries and onion rings, which were so good, and we really enjoyed all the different sauces too. The restaurant itself has a beautiful atmosphere, the food was excellent, and the service made the whole experience even better. A special thank you to Maria and Khadija for making us feel so welcome. Definitely one of the best burger experiences we’ve had in London. We really enjoyed everything and would happily come back again! Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

  “Great burgers with bold flavours. Wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here again but was very good nonetheless. Upstairs was an open kitchen so expectedly smelt a bit greasy but downstairs was nice and there were tables outside. The jalapeño hot honey on the heard burger was delicious. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and lots of veggie options too (you can change any burger to have a veggie patty). Sides were also nice but slightly pricey for the amount - but you’re paying for the quality and Michelin starred chef.”

  “We ordered the Heard burger and the smoked one. They were both excellent. You can definitely tell there’s a difference in quality of product vs a regular burger. I found the Heard one very special, it’s slightly spicy but very delightful. Personally, I enjoyed the smoked one more, but they were both amazing. We came here on a Saturday night, around 9pm and had no waiting time, but lots of people arrived after us and did have to wait. Our host Navin was very kind and helped us choose our order. Would definitely recommend and revisit!”

  “Amazing burgerspot in Soho! Saw them on IG and was especially my choice as they serve halal beef. First of all the staff is very friendly and positive. They’ve informed me well about the menu and I choice the most popular one ‘The Heard’. Really liked the burger which was perfectly cooked, juicy and well combined with the cucumbers and onion. The taste is just perfect which I loved. The fries were also great, hot and perfectly salted. Although it was busy the service was very fast. They’ve got seats outside and If you’re lucky you might find one but the staff is also helpful to re-seat you If you want to move outside. Overall really great place to try and enjoy.   “This is not just another burger in London. These burgers are something really special and they are incredibly flavourful. The social media buzz brought us here but we will be back for more. My 9 year old and I agreed that the burgers (Boring Burger and Heard Burger) were 11/10. The fries are also exceptional - they are homemade, well seasoned, and really taste of delicious potatoes - not another industrial salty fry. The only thing we didn’t love was the onion petals - batter was so heavy and greasy. A lighter coating (like calamari style) would make them slap. The heard sauce, truffle mayo, and chipotle mayo were all delicious as dips as well. My mouth is a watering! Thanks for a great meal.”

  “OMG. I had been looking forward to trying this lauded shrine to Burgertude. So, on my way home from a work software training in London, I stopped in to give them a whirl. Behold the customised OG Heard Burger (chef/owner Jordan Bailey’s Pick). Triple smashed and beautifully crusted beef patties, jalapeño hot honey, Ogleshield cheese, white onion, Heard sauce and house pickles. Just look at the juicy ooze! Crispy/crunchy fries, seasoned with beef fat and herb salt + more Ogleshield nacho cheese foam and chopped pickles. Everything worked so well together, down to the funky cheese, sweet honey and zippy pickles; jars of which were prominent in the window. I savoured every bite, enjoying the moment on their covered outside tables while the crowds scurried by in the sunshine. Easy-going server Navin was so graciously attentive and answered my questions. Chatted with the cooks and a Five Points Brewery Draft Pale Ale just topped it all off. Absolutely fantastic and up there with my top 5 experiences in the UK. If not the best, certainly the most sophisticated.”

  “Best smash burger I've had in a long time! I had the "Boring" burger, which was far from it. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. The fries were crispy and fluffy on the inside. Sauces were delicious too. The onion petals were crispy and hot (but a bit too oily for me - not a criticism, just me!). My guest had the Smoke which was also superb! Staff are very attentive too. All the meat and potatoes are sourced from the UK and they also do halal burgers too.”

  “Heard of this burger place for a while. Visited it on a rainy afternoon today. The interior decor was neat and modern. Ordered their The Heard., a signature burger I guessed. The burger came very decent. However, when I put my fingers in to hold the burger, I instantly felt the oiliness on the bun, top and bottom. It was kind of awkward, even though the burger itself tasted good with the right seasoning and toppings.”

  “One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in London. The staff at Heard were exceptionally professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful from the moment I arrived. Even though it was a weekend and reasonably busy, the service was fast, organized, and welcoming. I ordered the Soho Burger, and it was outstanding. Without exaggeration, it is one of the best burgers I have ever had, not only in London but across all of my trave. The quality of the ingredients, the flavor, and the overall execution were excellent. What really makes Heard stand out is the combination of delicious food, efficient service, friendly staff, and a very high standard of cleanliness. It’s rare to find all of these qualities together in one place. I’ll definitely be returning regularly during my stay in London, and Heard will be one of my first recommendations to anyone looking for an exceptional burger experience in the city.”

  “Food was great, as well as the service. The burger itself tasted great, smash burger which was juicy and full of flavour. Burger size and fries portions were adequate, but my only comment is going to be the sauce... For £2.00 I'd expect it to be more generous... I mean, look at it. Very small. And I mention this with all the support, as it won't stop me from returning as I truly enjoyed the burger. That's all from me. Keep it up, great burgers! :)”
