  “I was at Gökyüzü Green Lanes last night with my family and i must say it was a great experience! As soon as we walked through the front doors we were not only greeted by the very friendly team but also the Chefs themselves! We were quickly seated to a table and within 5 minutes complimentary salad, bread and a tzatziki was served. The warm fresh bread was great. We ordered a full platter and it really does live up to it’s name, portions were great. I was particularly impressed with the service by the black shirt wearing waiter, Ozan. He was superb and made sure that my family had a great time. When it was time to pack up our food he very kindly took the food away and packed it up for us and gave it back with great presentation. I will definitely come back here again. 10/10 food 10/10 service!”

  “Charge me double for soft drink Fanta and cola.to expensive service 13£. I come every year but they charge me this time a lot never I come again . I ordered sharing mix kabab. Not enough for 5 people 🫩”

  “We had a lunch at Gokyuzu Haringay Green Lanes. Food was amazing, fresh and tasty. The service was great, especially Ozlem and Mehdi have been super friendly and professional ⭐️⭐️. The place is clean and everyone is very professional & offer great customer care. The place has Air Condition which comes handy in 30 plus degrees in summer times! I would certainly go there again & can recommend it to anyone who would like to enjoy fresh, tasty Turkish food ❤️🧿❤️”

  “I visited Gokyuzu Green Lanes last night, and unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing. The food was excellent and deserves credit, but the customer service completely let the restaurant down. A staff member named Mehmet was extremely rude and lacked basic customer service skills. His attitude made us feel unwelcome throughout our visit. What was even more frustrating was that we requested a table that was clearly empty and not reserved, but our request was refused. Shortly afterwards, that same table was given to another group. It felt unfair and left us wondering why we weren’t given the same consideration. Good food alone isn’t enough to make for a great dining experience. Respectful and fair treatment of customers is just as important. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer service training, as this experience has definitely affected my opinion of the restaurant.”

  “Had such a lovely birthday lunch at Gökyüzü today 🤍 The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was warm and lively, and the whole experience felt really special.   “We sat outside with my partner, nice and breezy for a glass of wine. We’ve had an exquisite breakfast which was very delicious and abundant. Our waiter Haluk had a subtle polite way of serving us, no intrusion during our stay, he was very professional. Thank you. We will definitely be back. Strongly recommended”

  “it used to be much better. The service was quite bad. My lamb shish arrived fine but other food arrived after I finished my meal. The bread was not fresh, heated from yesterday. Rice was mediocre. The lamb shish was quite good cooked.”

  “I’ve been coming to Gökyüzü for years so I thought it was about time I wrote a review. I love this place: great grilled Turkish food in generous portions. My Turkish friends tell me this is the best Turkish restaurant among the 20 or so on this street – and I believe them. Special thanks to HALUK who always has a kind word and a joke for my mother-in-law, and looks after us so very well.”

  “Food was excellent and full of flavour. Portions were generous and everything arrived fresh and well presented. Service was quick, professional, and friendly even during busy hours. The atmosphere was lively and comfortable, making it a great spot for both family meals and casual dinners. Definitely worth visiting again. Havin was our lady providing fantastic service throughout the meal — friendly, attentive, and very welcoming.”
