  “Always worth the trip back to an award-winning favourite! I used to live in the area a while ago and it was always a pleasure to pop in. Honestly, being walking distance to this shop is something I really miss, and I often wish I could turn back time just to have it down the road again! The whole area has such a great, bustling buzz. I stopped by recently and the staff were absolutely slammed fulfilling online orders, but it is easy to see why they’ve won "Best Takeaway in London" at the British Kebab Awards so many times. It was well worth the wait! I ordered the lamb doner, chicken doner, and chips. The meat was perfectly seasoned, the chips were hot, and the salad was super fresh with top-quality ingredients. To top it off, their garlic sauce is incredible and ties the whole meal together. Whenever I am back in the area, this place remains an absolute must-visit!”

  “I have no idea why this place isn’t rated higher? The brothers in there are so welcoming and they get the food to you quick despite it being busy. Everything’s tasty in here. I’ve tried their mixed doner and meat and chips as well as their grilled wings. They’re very generous with the sauces and salad. This is doner meat that doesn’t feel heavy on you and you don’t regret it after devouring the food. I’ve been coming here a while now and I’ll always be coming back to Archway Kebab. Long may their business continue to flourish. Afiyet olsun!”

  “I got the small Donner kebab meal deal. I can see the prices have gone up over the past few years but for £11.50 at 4am after a night out, it's not too bad. They kindly separated everything for my journey home. Actually it was more than I expected in quantity. Unfortunately the lamb donner cuts are small pieces and not strips which have been sitting in a food warmer. The quality of the meat is passable but nothing special. Sauces were nice. I think it's just a good place for sheer convenience and closes very late. Friendly staff though and seating is available.”

  “I tried the doner with the minimum of sauce so that I could get a good taste of the meat. Very nice & tasty kebab, advantage of sitting in helps as doner is best eaten hot. 3 stars as on my second visit, the customer service was severely lacking, also I ordered a small doner & they made & charged me for a large.”

  “Forget the fake reviews or the people complaining about takeaway orders This is the best Doner kebab in London no doubt. You can tell the meat content is high and they don’t add soy protein which almost all kebab shops do. You just got to go there in person and at the right time.”

  “Don’t really understand the poor reviews. I ate in, both the lamb doner and the chicken doner were tasty and premium. The food quality was high and the large portion was generous. The staff were helpful and engaged. Well worth a trip and really puts those run of a mill kebab shops to shame.”
