Customer Review Summary

The falafel wrap is what reviewers return for, with the falafel itself described as fresh, crispy outside, soft inside and full of flavour. Several mention extras. One praises the falafel and halloumi combination with sauce, salad and houmous, and another singles out the pickles and a chilli sauce that is seriously hot. Portions are repeatedly called huge or generous, and one reviewer who ordered a large says even the regular is a substantial meal. Value comes up often, with diners saying the wraps are packed with ingredients for what they pay. Staff are consistently described as friendly and quick, and the lunchtime queue moves fast, though one reviewer notes there can be a short wait at peak times. One reviewer mentions a loyalty scheme where the tenth meal is free. Several say the team hands out a falafel to taste before ordering or while the wrap is being made.

“Best falafel wrap I’ve had in my entire life, and I am not exaggerating! It is simple and fresh, and you can tell everything is high quality. What makes the wrap so delicious is their falafel, so full of flavour. The portions are also huge! I ordered a Large and almost regretted it because the regular size is already such a substantial meal. They let you taste a falafel before you actually order, which is great and gives you a preview of what to expect. They also have a loyalty program (which is always a bonus), the 10th meal is on the house! If you have a tight lunch schedule, you can pre-book for pickup, and they are never late. The staff is friendly, and the service is fast. Sometimes you might need to wait a bit, but even during peak times, they are incredibly fast. Honestly, it's a shame they are only open from 11:00 to 15:00. I bet business would be great from 17:00 to 20:00 as well. Maybe it's something to consider? If you do, I’ll be a regular customer in the evenings, too! :) Please open a branch in the Piccadilly/Green Park area, I always have to commute just to get your amazing wrap. Thank you, All That Falafel Team!”

Service with a smile, delicious flavours, and fresh ingredients. I love supporting this business and would recommend it to everyone!”

“Absolute legends. The team here are some of the friendliest people you’ll come across and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they really care about their customers, and that makes a big difference. The falafel wraps are consistently top-notch fresh, flavourful, and properly satisfying. Easily some of the best around. Their service is spot on: quick, efficient, and well-organised, even when there’s a big queue. Would definitely recommend!”

“Looks a bit sketchy but omg it's absurd. £5.95 for medium falafel wrap and I'm obsessed, loved the pickles, the chilli sauce is Hella hot. Saw the queue and then the price and wa spoke okay cool they're clearly doing something right, skip borough market, get this instead”
