TSQ Club is a night club in London on Cockspur St, open on weekends for late-night dancing and drinks. The nights feature resident DJs and themed parties, with an Asian-music crowd, and Higher Brothers have played there. Entry is walk-in, and pair-only tickets are sold at the door, so guests come in twos. ID is checked at the entrance one person at a time, with door staff and security on duty. Inside this small venue, a stage anchors the room, and tables can be booked in advance. Alcohol brought in from outside is not allowed.

“The club itself was fun and we really enjoyed the overall experience. The atmosphere was great and we had a good night inside. However, the experience at the entrance really let things down. The lady selling tickets at the door was extremely rude and impatient. She kept complaining about how long everything was taking, even though the delay was due to the standard ID check process. We arrived together and wanted to purchase a pair ticket, but we were asked to go through ID check one by one. While this is understandable, the situation was handled poorly. As my friend was still in the ID check (which only takes a couple of minutes),she was shouting asking where my friend was, instead of simply waiting for the process to finish. Despite there being no queue behind us, she told me to step outside and wait, even though the bouncer had already instructed me to go in first. The inconsistency and lack of patience from the ticket staff was frustrating and unnecessary. Overall, the club itself was enjoyable, but the entrance experience and customer service at the door need significant improvement.”

“Update The owner's response below is completely false. There was no "misunderstanding." I explicitly disclosed my autism and my need for my safe person, and your staff chose to mock and gaslight me while I was visibly in a meltdown, unable to speak, and in tears. You did not "step in to assist immediately I had to engage in a prolonged, distressing argument just to get you to fix a broken entry system that your staff caused by splitting us up at the door. Do not use generic PR language to cover up disability discrimination and a complete failure in your duty of care. A simple id check wouldn't seperate 2 friends for 90 mins. Again i must reiterate im deeply disappointed by the lack of accessibility and the completely broken queue system at this venue. Last night, I was separated from my friend who was standing right next to me in line. Shockingly, the door staff forced me to enter with a total stranger just to fill a pair, while leaving my actual friend stranded outside for 90 minutes. In most cases u would expect to meet ur friend inside. When the situation caused me to hit a meltdown, I explicitly confronted security and disclosed my autism. Instead of being met with understanding, I was met with mockery and gaslighting about my disability. The experience left me in tears, having a panic reaction, and temporarily unable to speak. The fact that staff eventually admitted my friend for free after a prolonged argument proves that accommodating us was entirely feasible from the beginning. Letting him in after 90 minutes did not mitigate the severe psychological distress and trauma your staff's initial discrimination had already caused me. After that level of distress, we reluctantly went inside because we didn't want to waste the offer after fighting so hard, even though the experience had already ruined my desire to be there. I will be reporting the specific security guards involved to the SIA for discrimination, except for the one guard who finally stepped in and let my friend in for free. Your door staff desperately require equality and diversity training. On top of the discrimination, the venue has major safety and consistency issues. The stage is a massive fall hazard I personally witnessed two girls fall off it. Furthermore, the rules are completely inconsistent. I was inside masking without my friend for 90 minutes, and my bag was completely fine and allowed by security. But the moment my friend was finally let in, staff suddenly decided my bag wasn't allowed anymore even though I never take it off as it is a vital sensory soother for my autism its plush and soft. The only saving grace was the music. The tracks hit, and I've never heard asian UK club play Higher Brothers before, which was a fantastic first. Skai is God rules. But great music doesn't excuse a complete failure in duty of care and disability discrimination.”

“My friends and I had arranged to meet up, and some friends had already arrived and booked a table. When I arrived at 2 AM, the staff wouldn't let me in and told me to book an additional table, even though the pub was closing in an hour. I don't understand why I needed an extra table when I could pay the regular entrance fee and buy my own drinks.”
