  “This place was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The staff were incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely disrespectful. To make matters worse, the security guard forced me to take off my light pullover even after I explained that I was cold. There was absolutely no reason for it. When I went to order drinks, the bartender completely ignored me as if I didn't exist. After putting up with the terrible service for about 30 minutes, I decided to leave because even the music was awful. There wasn't a single thing worth staying for. The one-star rating is only because the system won't let me give zero stars. This place doesn't deserve any. Save yourself the disappointment and stay home instead.”

  “The security staff were rude and unfriendly, which was disappointing, especially as the venue wasn’t busy and there was no obvious reason for the attitude. The club was very quiet until around 1:30–2:00am, so the atmosphere took a while to pick up. We also tried the bottomless cocktails, but they seemed to be mostly fruit juice with little to no alcohol content that we could taste. Overall, it didn’t feel like good value for money.”

  ““special birthday table” be there before 12am, but apparently arriving 12am on the dot they’ll fr kill you😂😂 a whole mess. “it’s more men than women so 5 men gotta pay £10”?? MADNESS! the guys paid and they still tried to take our table? nah bro. this place never seeing me AGAIN 👎🏾 and idk if you’re the actual owner mr wole, but id like to believe you aren’t cause your sense for business and hospitality is ZEROOO!! service inside was chill, but the “big dudes” at security need some customer service training”

  “went there with friends for a night out. The Vibes were correct; however they have very limited sitting space, so it might be a good idea to pre-book and reserve a table. Only 2 members of stuff were at the bar and they often appeared overwhelmed. Also they didn’t have a lot of cocktail options. The crowd is mostly young adults, late teens and early twenties.”

  “Im not usually the type of person to write a review but this club was so terrible I think it’s important to note. My friends and I were one of the first people in the club so I assumed that the customer service would’ve been better. To that one man that hassling us throughout the line and at the cloakroom like we did something to him, get out of customer service. Once we were in we went to the bar and they were rude too except 1 lady, we got a bottomless drinks but after getting the first round of drinks we were then told we could only choose between 2 drinks??? The only thing that redeemed this night slightly was that it was a pretty venue. We had a table which we were then told of we left the table we were going to be kicked out? Isn’t the point of a club to have people in it and dancing? The music was good and if you’ve pre-drunk enough you could ignore the poor customer service. Go at your own risk lol”

  “Never coming back. My best friend got drunk, and we spent about an hour and a half in the garden while she was being sick. Security only checked on us toward the end — not out of concern, but to tell us she “can’t be here” and that we needed to leave. They were trying to push us out even though she could barely stand, let alone walk. When I explained that no Uber would take someone in that condition, security just told me to “order one” anyway. There was absolutely no care or concern for her welfare. I was honestly shocked — especially considering the security staff was a woman. I don’t understand how no one noticed earlier or recognised how unsafe the situation was. Leaving a club while visibly vulnerable is dangerous. When we stepped outside of the club on the road, I was physically holding my friend up because she could barely walk and she was freezing. To make things worse, a group of guys kept approaching and talking to us even after I said we weren’t interested and was clearly uncomfortable. This all happened right in front of security, and they did nothing. It was a really scary situation. I genuinely don’t feel safe coming back here. If I ever became too intoxicated or, god forbid, was spiked, I have no confidence that anyone would actually help.”

  “The atmosphere was amazing as in with the people. How ever the security was very very rude you are asked to remove your jacket but it was a lot of hassle and you pay £2 to keep it there even tho you might want it with you. The drinks are very expensive £12 for sex on the beach cocktail and they are weak. Over all the music was amazing and we met some nice people!”

  “This was one of the worst clubs I’ve ever been to. The atmosphere felt fake and unwelcoming from the moment we arrived. My friends invited me, and we purchased standard tickets, but the venue was extremely overcrowded, with people constantly bumping into each other due to lack of space. There was no clear crowd control, and people were repeatedly crossing personal boundaries in the hallways. We were told tables were strictly reserved, yet many remained empty throughout the night, which made the overcrowding even more frustrating. The security staff were biased and rude in their judgments, which added to the negative experience. Drinks were also overpriced, especially considering the poor service and overall disorganisation. One particular staff member (A black man with dirty dreads) was especially disrespectful and unprofessional, which left a lasting negative impression. Overall, I would not recommend this club.”

  “Bubbly!! The music is all you need for real. Downside for me was the wait time for our drinks. The mixologist seemed to be new or a little inexperienced so they took too long in making one cocktail and we were a group of 5.”

  “Didn’t get many photos as I didn’t enjoy the night and ended up leaving early. Online the dress code says that you cannot wear trainers however once we arrived almost all the girls were in trainers. So my friends and I had to wear heels all night as we were led to believe you would be denied entry wearing trainers. We arrived at 12:00am and there was no queue so it was quite straight forward. We were inside within 5 minutes, but after about 15 minutes we realised we forgot something in the car, so we all went back to get it. We asked if we leave would we be able to come straight back in instead of lining up and they said yes but we need to put an X on the back of your hand. After getting the X on all 3 of our hands we left. The queue was really long so we were glad that we didn’t have to line back up again. After coming back from the car, we went to the front of the line to show the security and he said that we still had to wait in the line even if we had the X on our hands. We ended up waiting in the line for them to check our IDs AGAIN. We were in line for 15 minutes, to make matters worse it even started raining. Once we got through the first ID check we got to the second ID check and the man recognised us so he let us through straight to the security checks. Bearing in mind the security guards at the first section recognised us but we still had to queue. We went through security again which I understand, the only line we got to skip was the last line to enter the club. Which was a line full of people waiting for their tickets to be scanned or for them to buy tickets at the door. The X is a really silly idea, especially since it doesn’t get you anywhere. If we need a X on our hands to leave and come back it should at least fast track you to security checks (body and bags) and then straight inside from then instead of queuing again. On the advertisement dancehall and Afrobeats were promised. They only played a total of 20 minutes dancehall for the first 3 hours and then after 2 hours and 40 minutes of Afrobeats they decided to play dancehall for 1 hour. If basement is being advertised dancehall should be played for longer or just advertise that it is mostly Afrobeats. I do have to say the lights, and the ambiance of the place was really pretty and nice to look at.”
