Customer Review Summary

Happy hour and drink deals draw the most praise, with reviewers citing two for one cocktails such as sex on the beaches and Saturday deals running into the evening. Friendly bar staff and security come up repeatedly, and a few describe a fun night out with friends. The crowd draws the heaviest complaints. Several reviewers describe a hostile, uncomfortable atmosphere, with men persistently staring, approaching and trying to touch women who asked them to leave. One reviewer reports being followed and filmed, and that security only told the man to delete the video. Opinion on the music is split: one calls the DJ great, while others find it outdated, with a sound system described as shot. Other complaints include smelly toilets up several flights of stairs, a bartender charging for tap water, and staff refusing a three-year-old the toilet.

“My friend and I had a genuinely terrible experience. It already had started in the queue when drunk men (who still got inside) repeatedly got close to us and didn’t accept no as an answer. As soon as we got inside, middle aged men started staring and approaching. They didn’t even dance, they were just standing at the side and staring. The ones that were dancing though repeatedly tried to get close/touch us and wouldn’t leave when asked to. We were trying to close us off of them by dancing together which they apparently found extremely appealing and thought it was an invitation to start cat-calling us/approach us even more insistently. All together it was around 90% single men on 10% women wich made the atmosphere incredibly uncomfortable. DJ was great though.”

“Very unpleasant experience. The place was dirty and uncomfortable, and the staff refused to let our 3-year-old child use the toilet. Extremely disappointing and not somewhere I would recommend.”

“Hell on earth. Visited this place very recently and I must say to all reading this to stay away. Atmosphere comes off as very hostile and creepy, so I would please advise any girls entering this place to be careful 🙏. Music is outdated and the systems are shot, all in all a sub-par experience. 👻”

“this club is horrible. they say they have a 0 sexual harrasment policy and that's not true. my friends and I were followed by a man and then he started recording us with his phone. there were a lot of security guards and they didn't do anything even though they saw the whole thing. they just told him to delete the video and didn't kick him out of the club. we left and spoke to the guard on the front door, but I don't know if he did something. worse club i've ever been to, why would you let old creepy men in a place where young girls go?”

“I visited zoo bar & club with friends for the monday night bts afterparty club night on 6th July. Everything was all great for the majority of the night until the very end when I asked the bartender for a tap water and he came up to me with the card machine. I reiterated what I said just in case he misheard me as the music was very loud but I’d already had someone mishear while ordering that night. This guy nodded at me, and pushed the card machine at me. I said “£4 for tap water?” and he replied “Yeah, it’s limited to 3 cups” So to me it sounds like, if you want FREE tap water. your limit is 3 :D how illegal to try charging someone for tap water. I left right after this as I was deeply dehydrated and it honestly ruined my experience for the rest of the night.”
