Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often come for the classic arcade games, calling them fun and a trigger for nostalgia, with a lively, vibey atmosphere that suits an evening with friends. Close behind are the creatively named themed cocktails, with the Jurassic Marg and the Cherryvania singled out by name, and one reviewer praises the constant run of great music over a three hour stay. Several describe the staff as friendly and welcoming, and the decor and artwork draw praise, along with the two floors at the new site. The recurring complaint is the machines. Two reviewers report old machines that ate coins without letting them play, and one found two broken joysticks. One group of eight found only a booth that fit six, and one reviewer found the place quite dark, though it gave a unique atmosphere. One reviewer says a server bluntly refused to swap a fruit in a drink after being told of an allergy. In both coin cases, staff responded by handing over extra tokens, in one instance a whole cup of them.

“NQ64 Soho was already an exceptionally stylish venue before they moved to their new Soho location. I'm not sure how, but they've managed to create something EVEN more visually stunning! The new venue has plenty of space and so much character. Beautiful artwork, delicious themed drinks as always and now there are TWO floors! Friendly staff too, which is always great. I will continue to come here!”

“So I've visited this bar twice and sadly I can only say its half decent. The idea is a great concept however the delivery doesn't feel like this is a bar served by people that love video games. I can tell management have tried really hard with all the cool game inspired drinks and retro machines, some of which are sadly half broken. Fortunately the bar staff were happy to give us extra tokens after I informed them that two machine joysticks were not working. They basically gave us a whole cup of coins which us usually £6 for 10 (there was about 13 in my cup originally) Another thing I'd say about one of the girls serving. My brother informed her that he was allergic to one of the fruits in the drinks and asked if she'd be able to change it and she quite blandly said no. I think its always good to try and go above and beyond for others especially when you're paying £15 for 1 drink. My brothers and I ordered 3 rounds so we basically spent £120 between us.”

“Great place for drinks and games. Not many spaces to sit down though. We were a group of 8 and managed to get a booth but it only fit 6 people at a push. Plenty of variety of games, which was the reason we came.”
