  “Amazing bottomless brunch! Olivia was so accommodating and gave us a great experience. She was so fun and attentive and made the experience really great. Came for birthday celebrations and had a great time with a surprise drink with a sparkler candle! Would definitely recommend!”

  “came down for afternoon tea on a saturday and service staff were all so lovely and attentive! Thank you to Sienna for explaining what each tier had, we had such delicious brunch, would recommend !!!!   “Had the best time celebrating my Birthday. Kimberly, our waitress, was awesome. She kept our drinks flowing and managed our tastes. Herself and her colleague was super nice after my friend had spilled two glasses of prosseco, literally just as Kimberly had put them on the table. A massive shout out to Kimberly for her amazing sense of humour and attentiveness whilst we were there. We will definitely return. We opted for the Bottomless Brunch, which we only booked an hour before we wanted, so we were really pleased to get booked in but thrilled with the level of service we received and a good choice of food to accompany the best range of bottomless cocktails in London. Thank you.”

  “It was a very lovely afternoon. The drinks were consistent and the food was good, Charles deserves a raise!! Best service ever. The lovely Nigerian girl as well, I’m so sorry I forgot her name. 10/10, def reccommend. P/S there is a service charge so go prepped and brunch was about £44 per person including the sc.”

  “wow where do I start from the start to beginning of to the end? I mean the service was just absolutely great. We had the server by the name of oliwia. When I say there wasn’t a moment, our glasses were empty. Her smiley attitude and her bubbly personality really topped off our brunch we will come here again absolutely”

  “Had a lovely visit to Slug & Lettuce. We enjoyed a couple of cocktails and a side, and everything was really nice. A special shoutout to Mia, who looked after us — she was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had a great experience. Great service and a nice atmosphere, we’ll definitely be back!”

  “We had such a fantastic time at Slug & Lettuce Oxford Circus for our bottomless brunch, and a huge part of that was thanks to Kimberly. From the moment we arrived, she brought such a warm, friendly energy that really set the tone for the whole experience. She was incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing! Our drinks were always topped up quickly, and she made sure everything ran smoothly throughout. Even though it was busy, Kimberly stayed upbeat, efficient, and genuinely engaging, which made us feel really looked after. It’s rare to get service that feels both professional and personal, but Kimberly absolutely nailed it. She went above and beyond to make our brunch special, and it didn’t go unnoticed. Highly recommend this spot, and if you’re lucky enough to have Kimberly looking after your table, you’re in for a great time!”

  “What a terrible service! This staff needs some serious basic training, I hope the manager can find time to spread some knowledge. The staff doesn't greet and when they finally acknowledge you they just can't be bothered. I was brought a new bottle of mayonnaise of which I had to remove the plastic from. The staff stares at you while you're eating and would just come and take off cutlery and plate before you finish your meal without asking. The manager should be more aware and correct these behaviours as they spoil the whole experience. Hope you can improve! Food and place are great”

  “A big thank you to the lovely waitress Sienna! She made my birthday a special and memorable one. I attended for bottomless brunch with a few friends and she was impeccable, she always served with a smile, assisted with menu recommendations, was efficient throughout and attentive to the group, she and even bought me out a birthday surprise! Brunch food was lovely alongside the drinks included on the brunch menu, overall, I would 100% return and recommend the brunch”
