  “Had a wonderful experience at Chaiiwala! The chai was absolutely amazing and tasted just like the chai you get in India rich, flavorful, and perfectly brewed. It brought back so many memories of home. The atmosphere was great, and the service was friendly as well. If you’re craving authentic Indian chai, this is definitely the place to visit.   “As a Brit trying Indian food and chai for the first time with my friends, I had no idea what to order. Thankfully, Dhaaakshuu (apologies if I’ve misspelt or mispronounced her name!) was absolutely brilliant. She took the time to explain the entire menu to us, recommended dishes based on our tastes, and made sure we got a proper introduction to authentic Indian flavours and tea. The chicken tikka was excellent. Having tasted pepper chicken and tikka in India before, I was pleasantly surprised that the flavour was absolutely spot on and just as authentic. The chai and bun were excellent as well, and both were recommended by Dhaaakshuu — she definitely knew exactly what to suggest. Her customer service was outstanding — friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She made the whole experience enjoyable and memorable for us. Thanks to her recommendations, we all had a fantastic experience. 10 stars for her customer service and care. She’s a real credit to the team at Chaiiwala Holborn. We’ll definitely be back!”

  “The food is excellent! I’ve tried several items on the menu and everything was top-notch. The entire staff is great and very welcoming, but I especially want to thank Dhakshu. She was incredibly helpful and has such a polite, kind attitude. Highly recommended!”

  “Came here for breakfast and had a great experience. Everything was well prepared and the atmosphere was relaxed. Bhavik and Hafza were amazing, super friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Service like that really makes a difference. Would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back”
