Customer Review Summary
The Full Monty is the dish reviewers return to most, with black pudding, sausage, hash brown, beans and sourdough toast, and one diner calls it the best Full English they have had. Eggs benedict comes close behind, praised for its large portion, crispy bacon and crispy hash browns, while pancakes, avocado toast with a poached egg, and a chicken schnitzel caesar salad also earn mentions. A coeliac diner says the staff happily made substitutions on a gluten free build your own breakfast. Many describe friendly, prompt service, and one waitress offered an extra sausage when the black pudding and mushrooms were declined. Complaints are smaller but specific: a longtime regular finds the flat white more bitter and the espresso over extracted than before, and the pancakes and waffles once offered as sides are gone. Another reviewer found the toilets in need of attention, with no check back on the food and tables packed close together. One calls it a little pricey, suited to a special occasion, and another says it fills up quickly after opening.

“My coeliac partner and I went here for brunch and everything was amazing, good food, good atmosphere, good music, excellent service! My partner got the build your own breakfast gluten free and they were happy to make substitutions, and for myself the chicken schnitzel caesar salad is lovely.”

“Food was amazing as always. Been going to BC for at least 10 years and it never disappointed. Food was great. Coffee has gone a bit down in quality, used to be a 10/10 flat white, but this time it was a bit bitter and espresso felt over extracted. 8/10. Eggs Benedict is probably a notch over the Full Monty/ all American if you don't want pancakes. They used to have pancakes and waffles as sides, they don't anymore. At any rate, it's probably the best breakfast in London!”

“What a find this place was! We didn’t book but went at 8.30 on a Saturday and were lucky enough to get a table for 3. The coffee is exceptional, the staff are super friendly and the food is delicious. Fluffy pancakes and a perfect poached egg on my avocado toast 👌”
