About Bridge Cafe
Bridge Cafe is a traditional cafe on Westfields Rd in London, serving breakfast and lunch. It appears in the TV show The Apprentice as the cafe the candidates visit at the end of the episode, so viewers of the programme can visit the setting themselves. The menu is simple cafe food, with a traditional English breakfast served with a cup or mug of tea, bacon and sausage sandwiches, and sausage, egg and chips. Owners and staff chat with customers at the front. Mugs with Bridge Cafe branding are sold to visitors.

Customer Review Summary
Most visitors come for the traditional English breakfast, with bacon and sausage sandwiches and sausage, egg and chips named alongside mugs of tea, and many arrive because this is the café seen in The Apprentice. Reviewers repeatedly describe the staff and owners as friendly and welcoming, with several chatting at length about the café's history of more than 50 or 60 years. One regular says the breakfast sandwich is always right and their order is remembered. Others call the place clean and tidy, unpretentious and reasonably priced, and a few buy a Bridge Cafe mug as a keepsake. One reviewer notes that food arrives as it is ready, wagamama style. The one critical review describes a greasy, cold breakfast, rushed service and staff who were not welcoming, falling short of the café's reputation. Another diner calls the food not greasy but perfectly cooked, and a visiting fan leaves with a photo taken alongside the owners.

“Disappointing experience. I came in expecting a nice, classic British breakfast, but the food was quite greasy and cold by the time it got to the table. The service felt incredibly rushed, and the staff weren't particularly welcoming or attentive. It is a legendary spot, but the quality of the food and hospitality just didn't live up to the reputation.”

“Might just be the best proper caf I've been to! Very friendly service, from the two gentlemen at the front, to the kind lady who brought me my food. Reasonable prices and good food. Had a little chat with what I assume are the owner(s), talked about the apprentice of course and they also told me the place has been around for more than 60 years. That's how you know it's proper! 10/10”

“I came here for lunch in order to visit the original café of shame as soon on the Apprentice. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the service as amazing, and the food and drink were brilliant. I would recommend this place to other Apprentice fans.”
