  “This is the best nail salon I’ve been to and I’ve been getting my nails done regularly over the past 14 years in both Surrey and Greater London. 5/5 atmosphere- Every single staff member was smiling, friendly and helpful, plus their teamwork was so smooth. 5/5 nails- I got exactly what I’ve asked for and they’re the best they’ve ever looked. 5/5 service- I got a hand cream massage at the end which was lovely and was offered a hot drink on arrival. I can’t wait to return.”

  “I paid in advance through an app and this is probably why the poor execution, they said cash only when I got there. Service: a hard gel removal and a new byob, cost me extra because apparently they don't offer hard gel removal (in a ... nail salon.). This is one month after and you can see there was no apex built, no leveling, the polish is patchy and there are weird waves throughout the nails, especially the tips. Not really properly sealed, edges have bits missing.....it clearly needed a 3rd coat for this dark thin colour. I also had a broken nail (reason I went in) and it was fixed with super glue. Yep. It re-ripped 2 days later and I decided to just not go back in, I have super glue at home 💀 can't recommend, wish I was ballsy to ask for refund on the spot.”

  “on saturday I called in for a removal and fresh set of acrylics. i was incredibly impressed by the quality of work (i have received many compliments) and they are so quick. its a nice atmosphere too. I recommend calling or booking an appointment as they're quite popular ! and rightfully so! will definitely be back ☺️”
