  “I didn't have a great experience here. I booked 3 different waxing treatments. Appointment started late, and I could hear other peoples appointments were also running late. When I went for waxing, the lady didn't check what I was having and thought i was getting something different. When I went in the waxing room it looked dirty and the bed didn't look like it had new tissue towel down as there were oil marks an wax on the tissue. The room was scruffy and didn't feel clean or hygenic. 2 ladies then did my half leg wax. then one lady walked out and the other did my other 2 treatments. Just felt rushed, and unhygenic with a poor atmosphere. The lady was nice and fairly chatty but I won't return sadly!”

  “Amazing, fast service! I went in today for a leg, arm, and underarm wax, and the ladies were not only incredibly efficient but also made the experience completely painless. Everyone was so lovely and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back again!”

  “At the first the service was really good, I then noticed that the lady doing my wax hadn’t even prepped just put the wax straight on! I have a waxing qualification and know you’re not supposed to do that, but I didn’t want to complain and make things awkward. The lady was nice, but then when she was putting me in the positions I was flinching (which I know doesn’t help) but she made me feel really bad about it and ultimately uncomfortable. Her tone completely changed and so did mine because of that. Overall just a really degrading experience, if someone is getting a wax showing their body to a stranger they are in a more vulnerable position, you don’t make them feel uncomfortable and keep telling them they are doing something wrong. Neither would you keep opening a door whilst someone is getting a wax??? It got to the point I told her just to leave it, there’s still remaining hairs that I’d rather do myself😂Just not impressed at all felt really upset leaving the appointment, would not recommend.”

  “I come here all the time to get my hair trimmed. I can even sometimes be seen last minute on the day and they always accommodate me. The ladies that work here are very friendly and helpful. They always do a professional job and I am always happy. See you again soon :)”

  “The staff were so lovely, the place was warm despite some of the comments and overall service was great. I got a wash, blow dry and straightening service also with a trim for a good price. My hair is quite thick so I thought it would be a struggle but overall really good! I would defo come back!”

  “Writing this again as mine seems to have been deleted. So many things wrong - the girl who did my massage came in before I was finished undressing and stood there waiting for me to finish which was so awkward. She then said she had to potentially take an 'emergency call' during the massage and I said that was fine (thinking it was an emergency), She answered 2 calls mid massage and neither were an emergency (one was arranging to meet her boyfriend). She didnt even leave the room. She then suddenly left the room and another person came in to finish the massage. She was quite a young girl and I am not sure if she is a niece or something but she needs to know what is acceptable and what customer service is. Never going there again - I was gobsmacked that she took two calls mid massage”
