“Been ordering food here for years and usually ok. Ordered today and my daughter ate a chicken kebab only to find animal feathers at bottom of tray! Logged a complaint to be told " oh its ok, she's ate it now we can replace it". Safe to say we didn't want a replacement nor a refund, an apology would have even helped. Disgusting. Edit: following latest response from the shop. We can assure you, this feather was in the tray and not possible to have got there after we received delivery.”

“I've been ordering from Soprano's since they first opened in 2009. Every couple of years I delete my review and post a new one to reflect how they're still smashing it. If you want a hot, non-greasy pizza that's delivered on time then this is the place for you. I also recommend their doner wraps and they've never gotten any of my orders wrong.”

“Undercooked chicken, I'm not a competitor as per the delusional owners response. That is their pita bread which is the only edible thing they do apparently. Nice try hun. Cook your food properly.”
