  “Walked in and said I was wanting two slices, said I wanted pepperoni then changed to hot pepperoni. She said they only had one slice left of that one which I said was fine. I said twice that I wanted to slices as the two slice meal deal on the board said 5.75. I was changed 5.40 for one slice but I didn’t realise the pennies difference when paying. Got home and realised I was only given one slice. Rang to inform and was recieved with rudeness from the girl on the phone saying she said they one had one slice of hot pepperoni and I was like ok but I mentioned twice I wanted two slices and originally went for pepperoni so any reasonable person would clearly realise that I wanted one of each 😂 horrible attitude and bad customer service. She also said they don’t do the meal deals anymore which is confusing seeing as it’s hugely posted on the wall on the left as the only menu they have? £6 for one slice of pizza might be the most mental thing I’ve ever heard haha”

  “We have been coming here for years and years and the quality has remained great! We actually liked their pizza so much that they catered our wedding. Definitely recommend. Consistent good quality, friendly staff, and very affordable in the current climate where prices keep going up and up - it's nice to be able to get dinner + leftovers for 2 for just over £20!”

  “I first tried this place through a Too Good To Go bag and their pizza is so good!!! They have a decent range of super tasty toppings and I like the fact that you can buy per large slice so you can try quite a few between friends. Edit: tried it in person and it’s even better fresh, reasonably priced too!”

  “Absolutely delicious!! Great quality pizza, with nice dough and good toppings... nice price too. I tried the pepperoni, fennel sausage, buffalo chicken and the meat feast which was my favourite. The sauces are also very nice, especially the ranch, chilli honey and bbq... non watery, nice and thick consistency. I ate here 2 days in a row, wish there was one in Manchester!!!”

  “Sometimes you just want a quick slice or two on the go, whilst shopping, whilst on a night out, or in between pub stops. The staff are always super friendly and helpful and the service is fast. Will it be the best pizza you've ever had? Maybe not, but it's good, it's consistent, and you'll most likely be a return customer. Give it a try.”

  “Very tasty flavourful pizza with a nice crisp crunch. Tried the Buffalo Chicken which is Halal, which was great and I also had the Margherita.”

  “Had 2 slices of different pizza and they both were decent, vegi hot and pepperoni, 2 slices for about 5.50, later on went back for another two slices of which one was the detroit spinach and goat cheee and the buffalo chicken again quality pizzas. Additional seating upstairs and just one male and one female toilet upstairs. Can get busy with students but worth a shout when wanting something light.”

  “We ordered a takeaway from here whilst in Liverpool and I was pleasantly surprised of how good the pizza is. The goods arrived much quicker than we anticipated. My wife got a margarita which was enormous and I got a Chicago deep dish which was also very substantial. We also got some garlic bread. Both pizzas were excellent. The margarita was thin and crispy with nice flavour. I’ve only had Chicago one other time and both have been amazing! Very filling so a full pizza could easily serve 2-3 normal people but I am not normal and gas it myself. Neither pizza was oily and didn’t feel greasy. The garlic bread was terrible. Brick hard and had little flavour. Thankfully we had garlic dip to help. A little pricey but worth it in my opinion.”

  “Tried 3 New York slices and a Detroit. It was so good to actually have an true American style pizza slice as opposed to the multiple Neapolitan ones on the high street! Pleasantly surprised by the Detroit style having never tried it before and the NY style I'd definitely have again if I went back to Liverpool. It's worth noting that the Bold St location has seating, whereas the other is take away only.”
