  “The pizzas were absolutely delicious, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. A special mention to the girl who took our order—I believe her name was Diya. She was extremely polite, helpful, and made the experience even better. Great food and excellent service! Highly recommended.”

  “Ordered pizza and chips on 10th July, quality was appalling, after making a complaint they refuse to refund me. Said my food was delivered within 10 minutes but that doesn't mean a thing, my food was terrible”

  “On the 15th of may a cashier mistakenly charged me £19 had immediately offered me a refund printed out my receipt and told me to write my number and name on it só he could refund me it’s been over a month and ive not recieved it. Customer team has been ignoring all my emails numerous attempts to recieve my money back and shut down my calls. 25th of June and I’m still trying. I’ve put off going to the store in thought they might be going through a rush hour. It can get busy as I work in hospitality also but over a month in this economy £19 ?”

  “I usually dont give bad reviews. But this dominos deserves it. Their staffs are unprofessional, food is worst in liverpool. I am giving one star just because of the brand name but this store deserves 0. When I raised a complaint that the food was not proper and I got stomach ache, all they said was they cook with conveyor belt. They couldnt even accept their mistake and they told to contact immediately to the number on same day, which I did. When I called that number they told to raise complaint in the app. These people are themselves not organised, one person telling one thing and other person telling another thing. The replies which you get are after some 2 days and it feels like some ai generated responses. No wonder why this store has 3.5 rating. I should have known better and ordered from Top's or papa John's which is just opposite to this store. After my last email they didnt even bother to reply to that complaint mail. Worst and most unprofessional staff i have ever seen in the UK. Dont waste your time and dont risk your health by buying a pizza in this specific outlet.”

  “Cosy little takeout Domino’s store. Nice that they had a few seats for dining in though, even if it’s just booth seats (maybe all branches have this and I just never noticed). Staff were quite friendly and proactive, always checking on everyone’s order. Store is small but fairly clean.”

  “I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but after several problems I felt I had no choice. The first time I ordered, some items were missing. They did send them out again, but by the time they arrived the rest of the food was already cold. The second time was worse the delivery driver sat in his car and expected me to come out and collect the food myself. He was also quite rude and told me I needed to change my phone number, saying I’d already been told before. On the third occasion, one of the toppings was missing. I raised a complaint and luckily had a screenshot of my order. After their initial “investigation,” they tried to say I’d ordered it wrong. Once I showed them the screenshot, they then said there might have been an issue with the app and gave me a free voucher. While that was appreciated, it could only be used in-store. Overall, it’s been a really disappointing experience with poor customer service.”

  “I placed an order, via the app, on Saturday morning and an hour later received a notification saying that my order had been cancelled, with no explanation The money was taken from my account and no refund issued. I spoke to the Liverpool London Road store and was assured that a manager would call me back within a couple of hours, but that didn't happen I've spent 2 hours today trying to get the refund sorted, but to Jo avail, instead I was directed to call Dominos Customer Services Department, which I did, just to listen to a recorded message stating that 'There are no customer service agents available and to contact Dominos via the online webpage ' I've sent 3 messages via the webpage, wasted half a day, when I could have been working, but still had no response My advice is support your local pizza takeaway delivery service and avoid Dominos at all costs”

  “HAD AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE: We decided to order food from this place and they weren’t doing collection so we delivered…worst decision of our lives The order was made at 12:15AM and arrived at 1:15AM…it gets worse The food was not only cold but on top of that we received the wrong order. We had ordered a Ranch BBQ Pizza (BBQ sauce, chicken breast strips, pepperoni, ground beef, bacon) however we were surprised with a Pizza with Ham & Sweetcorn that we didn’t order (pictures provided) I will never order from here again, I should’ve read the countless amounts of other negative reviews. This place has poor service, we paid £35 and received the wrong order, cold pizza, no sauces and WAITED 1 HOUR FOR IT. If I could give this place a 0 Star Review I would, what makes this whole situation worse is that THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE. We tried calling the restaurant & the delivery driver many times but no one was answering. I’ve contacted Domino’s to try and compensate me for this as this is the worst experience I’ve had with Domino’s”
