  “I would absolutely not come here!! The staff who I’m assuming is the manager on duty (19/08), was behind the bar, instructed a server, after we had been standing there for several mins, to come tell us if we don’t have a booking we can’t eat here. Mind you the restaurant was pretty empty. We asked what the wait time was and she very rudely replied “Atleast 30min”. We even responded saying we don’t need good service and she said “doesn’t matter”. LOL OKAY Lady. If this was a manager she needs her attitude checked and a demotion. It was so off putting.”

  “Left feeling sad, pizzas were burnt and bland, chicken wings were so bland and feet sauce tasted awful. The convicts (staff) were polite enough but overall experience just disappointing the best part of the meal was probably leaving, my partner is saying he felt like had to pay to leave instead of paying for the food we should of been paid to eat it. His son who's 8 and autistic made a better pizza in school. Will say the fresh wernt to bad. Makes sense why the staff are dressed as fancy dress robbers does feel like we have just been robbed. Am going home to cook as we are still hungry, the window view wouldn't of been to bad either if the windows were actually clean.”

  “Unfortunately the Aircon wasn't working but we still had a most enjoyable dinner with a friendly waitress and the chef popped out for a chat which was so nice. Our pizza was cooked to perfection and we enjoyed every bite. Very highly recommended.”

  “The place is absolutely fab. I went in with my husband. The staff is so lovely and welcoming. We were received by a Chloe who was so generous and gave us the best service. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was comforting and more over the Chloe made up for the disappointment we had from the Pizza Express at the water ront.”

  “We recently visited Pizza Express in Liverpool ONE for an early evening meal and had an overall enjoyable experience. After a short wait at the entrance, we were offered a choice of where to sit, which was appreciated. Once seated, we were given menus, though we did have to catch our server's attention after a little wait to let them know we were ready to order. We ordered our drinks and food together, as we’d already made our choices. The dough balls arrived quickly and, as always, were great, warm, soft, and served with garlic butter. The pizzas took a little longer to come out, but we assumed this was due to them being freshly prepared. When they did arrive, both were excellent, we had the American Leggera and a custom pizza with ham, chicken, and pepperoni, both were full of flavour and cooked perfectly. The open-plan kitchen is a great touch and always nice to see the team working hard. The restaurant is in a brilliant location and has a relaxed atmosphere, though it was quieter than expected for the time of day. This made the initial slowness in service a bit surprising, but our server was friendly and polite throughout. All in all, a good visit and we’re looking forward to returning again soon.”

  “Really friendly service and staff member even told us about the £1 pizza deal which was kind! Prompt service for starter and main, could’ve had another drink but didn’t get chance to ask. Also ordered another dough balls after the first, which didn’t arrive… luckily wasn’t charged for this. Easy to pay online with the app thankfully we found this as only appeared to be one server! Great quality food though as always!”

  “Top place ! I do love the menu now 10 years ago I thought it’ was terrible ! But I do think it’s still over priced ! Staff were fantastic! Tables are clean & seating is amazing! Beautiful restaurant! The dough balls are to die for !”

  “Visited with my family while on a day out shopping at Liverpool One. Very good service. Staff were polite and friendly. Ordered drinks and then food. Delivery of drinks and food was quick. Everyone loved the pizzas. RECOMMENDED 5*”
