  “Seated straight away. Lovely and calm, did fill up fast though as we arrived. There were some items that weren’t available from the menu so you’d need to check the app, there are QR codes on the table. Drinks took a long time to arrive and we started waited to start eating until they came. Other than that, waffles were nice and our server Eleanor was wonderful. She was very attentive and friendly, really added to the welcoming vibe at Monty’s.”

  “No wait for a table. Nice and clean. Food was amazing. Large portions so we shared the American burger. Great atmosphere. Staff super friendly and helpful and service was quick.”

  “The place looks decent from the outside, but once you’re inside, it quickly becomes apparent that it’s being run in a very disorganised way. We waited around 35 minutes for our food, and unfortunately it wasn’t worth the wait. My waffles were extremely dry, overly sweet, and lacked any real flavour. My boyfriend’s full English was equally disappointing – the eggs were overcooked, everything arrived cold, and the sausages seemed to be of very poor quality. Overall, the food felt cheap and poorly prepared. It was also obvious that the kitchen staff were struggling, and it was quite uncomfortable to watch the level of chaos behind the scenes. If you’re passing through Liverpool Airport, I’d recommend grabbing a toastie or sandwich elsewhere and giving this place a miss.”

  “Proper decent spot in Liverpool Airport still. Food landed, portions were calm, and the service was on point. Big up Kassilea though, she patterned everything quick, bare friendly, and made sure man was sorted the whole time. Customer service was certi.”

  “Grabbed some food whilst waiting for a flight. Georgia was really attentive and got the order spot on for how our kids wanted their food. Would recommend to anyone coming to Liverpool airport.”

  “The floor and tables were mostly not cleaned. The cutlery and napkins were not refilled. Taking an order to ages despite not many customers around. After ordering the food to quite some time to arrive. And the food was not fully warm. Yeah it filled but would not recommend. A lot can be improved.”

  “I had a salmon bagel with a fried egg extra. Couldn't get linked to WiFi and 5g is unresponsive, staff didn't tend to me and I was trying a good 10 mins. Tye egg was cold, not sure if this is how its meant to be but it must have been sitting 20 mins to get that cold. Bagel was a little on the small side for 14quid, coffee arrive 20 mins after the food and had no real flavour i would say it was instant. All in all good money traded for unremarkable food.”
