  “The tastiest food and the loveliest staff !! My boyfriend and I came here for our two year anniversary as we have always wanted to try something 50’s themed, and Ed’s was amazing. We both got burgers and the portions were really good, you get to pick the sides too. They were absolutely delicious. The staff that worked there were very welcoming and kind too, which made our dining experience even better. I would recommend anyone who visits cheshire oaks to come here !!   “Popped in for breakfast with my family and it was great. Always walked past and glad we gave it a shot, had the big breakfast which was amazing, even the kids breakfast was massive. Also the milkshakes are litteraly the best.”

The retro decor, makes a fun and relaxed atmosphere that’s perfect for casual dining. The food hits the spot – hearty, satisfying, and exactly what you’d hope for from a diner menu. The burgers were juicy and well-seasoned, the chips were crisp. Portions are generous, so come hungry! Service was friendly and upbeat, though things were a bit slow at times – hence the four stars instead of five. Still, the staff clearly care and add to the warm, welcoming vibe. If you're after comfort food with a side of nostalgia, Ed’s Easy Diner is well worth a visit.”

  “Lovely relaxing diner. Amazing old-school decor. A warm welcome on entry by lovely staff. Came a few weeks ago and had one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. Had to come back to check it wasn't a fluke. I'm very happy to say it was not. I will definitely be returning. My compliments to the chef.”

  “Visited here for lunch and it was a good experience. The staff were friendly and fast. The menu had a good variety and we gave the burgers a try. They were filling but not sure if they were worth the price in terms of taste but would definitely recommend the waffle fries. The milkshake on the other hand was amazing as it was thick and creamy. Outdoor seating also available if interested.”
