  “Absolutely gorgeous bottomless brunch. Service was amazing by Racheal. Cocktails were flowing and food looked and tasted amazing. Also had a surprise birthday song. We would recommend going here to anyone of any ages. It was clean and staff had amazing banter so thankyou.”

  “Music was lovely, food was absolutely amazing- the steak was so soft and tender and the peppercorn steak sandwich was sooo good and filling- believe me it looks deceiving but it is so packed with comfy flavours I felt very satisfied with my dinner! The service was so nice, I had a lovely server called Rachel she was an absolute angel the atmosphere is honestly so amazing!!”

  “This place is as popular as it is for good reason and, if you don't read the rest of this review, you should do yourself the service of trying it out. Given how busy it can get, make sure you book in advance if you're set on going; especially if you're in a group of more than four. I came on my own and was served primarily by Alice who, if you've read any of these reviews, needs no introduction, but I must say the entire team was prompt, friendly and professional throughout. I had a steak sandwich (attached); it was huge, it was delicious, and I was so floored by it that I momentarily considered asking the chef whether he was single. It IS that good. Points also given to the pot of jus on the side, which I am simply at a loss to describe. I tried my best to also get through a smaller portion of the Sticky Toffee pancakes (also attached). They too were delicious, but I couldn't get through them, as I was already too full. Can't exactly complain about a surplus of enjoyment though. This is definitely a good choice if you're looking for a treat and a change of place in town - by the looks of the menu, there seems to be plenty of options for a variety of tastes. Thankyou again for the fab time! I'll be back =)”

  “Really cool place, friendly staff, service was quick and the food was amazing. Not much to complain about here. With so much choice on Bold St, we were very fortunate to have landed here as I would have hated to have missed out on this breakfast. The staff were all attentive, personable and seemed to be enjoying themselves. The food was excellent. Plenty of choice on the menu and a good selection of vegetarian options too. The place itself is very quirky and busy, I would recommend booking at any time as I’d imagine they are always fairly busy.”

  “Visited Bamboo recently and had the shakshuka. It was really nice and full of flavour, although I still think the shakshuka at the Bamboo on Lark Lane is slightly better. The ingredients tasted fresh, the eggs were cooked well, and the portion size was decent. The atmosphere was relaxed and the staff were friendly throughout the visit. Coffee was also good and arrived quickly. Even though I preferred the Lark Lane version, I still enjoyed the meal and would definitely visit again to try more from the menu. Overall, a pleasant experience with good food and a welcoming vibe.”

  “Great Brunch spot on Bold Street. Pancakes were super fluffy and with a good helping of syrup. The steak sandwich was delicious, bread was really good and the Parmesan fries did not disappoint. The only thing I’d improve is a bit more vanilla syrup in the iced coffee that would be it! Will definitely be coming back.”

  “Great food and nice lively atmosphere. We were in at 9:15am (it opened at 9:00am) but the wait on pancakes was already 45mins so decided to change our order. We came for the pancakes so disappointing. But other food ordered was great and came pretty quickly. Very enjoyable.”

  “Bamboo on Bold Street is a fantastic place to eat in the city centre. The food portions are very generous and everything we tried was absolutely delicious. Considering it’s right in the heart of a busy city-centre street, the prices are very reasonable. They also have a great choice of cocktails, with an excellent 2-for-£10 offer, which makes it even better for a relaxed evening out. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help or recommend dishes, which really adds to the experience. The atmosphere is great – stylish, welcoming, and relaxed – with an elegant interior that makes the whole visit feel special. Highly recommended for both food and drinks when you’re in Liverpool. Reservations highly recommended”
