  “First visit since the new owners took over and it won’t be our last. Clean and tidy cafe. Lovely welcome and really good service. Food was great, as was the coffee. I had the Idil Brunch Stack (with scrambled eggs, rather than poached) and my husband had the Full English.”

  “We've been in three times since it opened and the food is fabulous! Lovely, fresh ingredients and served very quickly. My little boy said it's the best cafe in the world, that's high praise indeed! Wonderful place, highly recommended!”

  “This morning we popped in for breakfast and were warmly greeted by the friendly staff. My eye was drawn to the manaman – a delightful combination of freshly chopped tomatoes peppers and scrambled egg. It was light, fresh and simply delicious, quickly becoming my new favourite. The children thoroughly enjoyed the best French toast we’ve ever had. It was generously portioned and topped with a variety of fresh fruits including strawberries bananas and blueberries. To my surprise, the toast was cloudy and soft not soggy, and incredibly tasty. The final dish was the original kids’ full English. My little one’s sausage was a meaty and flavourful delight, while the bacon was amazingly crispy. There was a generous portion of beans and silky scrambled eggs. The choice of eggs depends on the customer’s preference. The toast was once again thickly cut and perfectly toasted. Overall, I can’t decide which dish was the best. We paid much less than expected and the prices are unbelievable considering the quality and quantity of food we received. We’ll definitely be back soon.”

  “Lovely cafe! Staff and owners are very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The coffee is excellent, and the homemade cake and pastries are delicious. My favourites from the menu so far are; the Idil brunch stack, the English breakfast, and the generous and tasty burgers. Great kids menu 😍 Fresh smoothies are very popular with our family too. Perfect for brunch, lunch or an afternoon treat. Highly recommend. 😊”

  “Had lunch in this lovely little place today. Coffee was very nice. Tuna melt pannini was delicious and served with a very nice side salad. The cakes look lovely too so we'll be back to try them! 😋”

  “We visited last Saturday, the food was delicious, coffees were fabulous and the cakes... Wow the cakes... what a selection! Lovely staff too. We took 2 children and both had clean plates, which is very rare! Well done, what a lovely place, we will be back!”
