“First time in Liverpool. Having seen the Chinese arch on the magical mystery tour I really fancied Chinese food. Walking out of town 15-20 mins was so worth it. Walked into a very busy restaurant and was lucky to get a table. Still, it was a great atmosphere. Like in a busy family kitchen with friends. They are like a well oiled machine. So many people arriving and being seated efficiently, I wondered where they were putting them! Still I ordered the salt and pepper ribs to start. They came in under 10 mins. Hot and delicious! Then my duck chow mein. I honestly have no words. It was HUGE!!! They seemed pleased I asked for chop sticks. The food was fresh and the best duck breast and skin I’ve ever had. Even the pak Choi was phenomenal. Thank you for one of the best and most efficient meals I’ve had.”

“Been to the restaurant since it opened and love the food and service in here. But this year, i've noticed as they've changed plates, the portion sizes have reduced drastically. I understand the cost of living has gone up but to charge an average £15-£16 per main meal and having to order extra as customers are still hungry after. I rather you put this up to £18 per main meal and keep portion sizes to what it was originally. Chinese meals have always been about sharing but recently, not been able to do this in Man Tsuen Ho's. Not sure if other regulars are seeing this as well or just us? But otherall, this is one of the best chinese restaurants in city centre.”

“We came here for a 60th birthday party and there were 24 of us sitting around two large circular tables that were well dressed for the occasion. We all picked a banquet to make things a bit easier for the staff. I'd imagine this would be a challenge for most restaurants to serve this many but they rose to the occasion and had the starters out pretty quickly. It continued like that throughout all the courses and was impressed how efficient they were at removing one course and setting out the next for 24 people. They were also just as fast serving drinks. The food was great and in large portions keeping everyone happy. Judging by the amount people queuing to get a table right throughout the night they must be doing something right. Well recommended..”
