  “Not great even for Mc Donalds. The rewards code system did not work, the food was cold and poorly prepared. They managed to get my two item order wrong and when confronted the staff member was rude and dismissive. The place was clean which saved it from a one star.”

  “Don’t order through takeaway. They forgot my sauce. The food was alright. But what is a McDonald’s without sauce 😔? Im eating papa John’s while making this review. They didn’t forget my sauce. Papa John’s is better.”

  “The lady who served me at the till was extremely polite and welcoming, she seemed genuinely interested in giving me a good service. I have been to a lot of McDonald's stores and understandably it can be quite difficult for staff to maintain their enthusiasm but this lady's service genuinely surprised me in a positive way. Also, the food was fresh and prepared quickly.”

  “Well my online delivery is over an hour and a half late !!!!! Customer services said just keep an eye on the ETA I explained the ETA has changed several times in the first hour. Customer Support said come back if there is a problem with the food. I asked to speak to a manager apparently I can't do that either. Don't accept the order of you can't achieve the delivery times, Customer service need to be trained on how to deliver a service. Appalling service today. If you had told me an hour at time of order or 90 mins that would have been my decision as to whether I wanted to wait.”

  “DO NOT RECOMMEND, incapable staff! The large fries I ordered basically empty, I ordered and payed for 7 extra dips to go with my dippers, nuggets and selects but none arrived so now food is dry and I have no straw for my milkshake, shocking employees aren’t even capable of reading an order on a receipt, very disappointing, this is about the 5th time this has happened to me while ordering with Lichfield market street McDonalds through uber eats over the past few months and even though I report it then don’t seem to care as nothings changed!”

  “It was ice cold in here with the Air Conditioning being on so it was brilliant to be sat inside with all this heat. Had the new big arch burger which was really good plus the new toffee apple pie and biscoff ice frappe thing. Everything was excellent.”

  “I tried the £2.79 Coffee & Bacon Muffin Deal. I usually go for a Wrap and a Bacon Butty. To be honest, I'll stick to the Wrap and Butty. The muffins are too floury and stodgy. Food aside, it's down to my personal choice. Service was fast and cheerful. The restaurant was clean and a seat to wait where you could see the board. Plus Top Marks Lichfield, I got a receipt for my expenses. I'll be back next time I'm in Lichfield.”

  “Absolutely awful. Staff look like they are attending a funeral, the food was ice cold, the bread on my burger was falling apart( cheap cheap cheap). Had to ask for condiments, bins over flowing , my table was dirty and that was the best of the bunch that I could see. Also my burger was extremely soft and soggy, hope I dont get food poisoning tomorrow. I will never ever come again, I didn't bother complaining because the stuff obviously dont give a stuff!!!! I would give zero stars if I could, marks out of ten I would give minus 10!!!!!”

  “Friendly greeting upon entering the restaurant from the female host. I had a very good wrap of the day for £1.99. The bread was nicely cooked, the food tasty with a little kick to it and properly presented. Flat White coffee was very good. Overall, a positive experience”
