  “Absolutely fantastic experience. I'm a little nervous about steak in restaurants in case it isn't good. But everything was perfect. The staff, the food and the restaurant. We had a T bone and a 30 day sirloin. Both brilliant. Highly recommended.”

  “Food was excellent. Josh the grill chef cooked our steaks to our preferred level. Beautiful fillet. Beef dripping sauce was excellent! Keeley as our server was attentive and polite and went above and beyond in making me feel special on my 60th birthday. The host however needs to get a lesson in customer service. Cold and detached.”

  “Just had a really nice experience for my son’s Birthday, from arriving where we had a warm welcome. The table had a Happy 29th Birthday plate with a profiteroles and chocolate treat. Amanda was very efficient taking our orders quickly but leaving enough time to choose. Amanda checked on us throughout the meal making it a really nice evening. Our steaks were all cooked perfectly ( 6 different types of steaks ) which arrived in good time, so Compliments to Rich the Grill chef for this. We would definitely recommend eating here and will be back”

  “Went for the weekday fixed menu (3 courses for £36) and honestly, it’s such a good deal. If we’d ordered the steaks on their own, mine was £34 anyway, so getting the full set menu just makes sense. Our server, Anna, was absolutely lovely. Super attentive, really friendly, and made us feel comfortable straight away. We even had a really nice chat with her which just made the whole experience feel more personal. I also have a food allergy, and she handled it perfectly—double checked everything, made sure it was prepared and brought out separately, and just took it seriously without making it awkward. Only slight issue was my steak initially came out closer to well done instead of rare, but as soon as I mentioned it, they sorted it straight away. No fuss, no making me feel like a problem at all, and the replacement came out perfect—so no complaints there. Massively recommend overall. Anna was a brilliant server and I’d 100% come back. As a restaurant manager myself, it was really nice to see that level of customer service done properly.”

  “We have just had a lovely meal today at miller and Carter. The service from Amanda was first class only 2 waitresses for the hole restaurant and they were brilliant. And not really a long wait at all. Our meal was cooked by Jimmy the 9 oz steak was a little questionable didn't really look like one but was lovely it was my wife's birthday and no like treat like we used to get but it wont stop ys going again see you again soon. Thankyou”

  “Amazing lunch with my wife we had fantastic service from Lucas and Shan at the Enderby miller and Carter, nothing was too much trouble and they thoroughly looked after us. The food was incredible, steaks were amazing! What a great way to spend an afternoon! BTW the puds were heavenly, forgot to take pics before we devoured them!”
