  “Have ordered from China house for years and never had any complaints. We ordered tonight our usual and my partner ordered scallops with crispy seaweed. When our order arrive it was just a container with seaweed. My partner phoned them to discuss only to be told they don’t do scallops anymore and that the seaweed he ordered was the same price as with scallops. then the lady hung up on him. I called them to complain and they were very rude. They said the website is out of date and they don’t serve scallops but when I asked why they’re still taking orders for them and why they’re charging for them they said if I was not happy I COULD RETURN the crispy seaweed.. when I explained that this isn’t right and asked why are they charging for something they don’t provide which is false advertising (I’ll be contacting trading standards) the lady in the phone said what do you want me do about it like I was inconveniencing her.. absolutely disgusting taking money for orders for something they don’t sell then acting we’ve caused a problem for complaining that we’ve been robbed. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER”

  “Ordered crispy seaweed with grated scallops, seaweed arrived minus the scallops called the restaurant they said don't do them anymore but yet still charged me for the full item. Lady was rude and even hung up on me!! Avoid”

  “I ordered food tonight through the just eat app it took an hour and a half to arrive and it was freezing cold, I will never order from this place again!! £21.92 for inedible food.”

  “Ordered from here the food is lovely. The beef is to die for in the chow mein. The only critic I have is the Salt-N-Pepa chips were too much. There was not a perfect balance of salt and chilies and instead of chilies it with chilli flakes which I think overpowered them way too much but everything else was absolutely delicious”

  “Only order from here once a year if that. Used to be more frequent years ago.But last minute Sunday dinner change of plan after a busy day Have a small selection of favourites Singapore Vermicelli being one . Today 2 largish prawns and 3 very small 1 x piece of pork .Any other meat no trace .Bulked out with Vermicelli noodles .= poor for £8.10 Sorry never ever again . Crispy Beef! wasn't the slightest crispy Your loss . The only good comment Fast Delivery .”

  “Shocking customer service woman on the phone was beyond rude when I rang to say that there were things missing from my order she tried to say she doesn’t have my adress on system and I had “called the wrong place” even though I clicked call restaurant on uber. was no help at all ended up not receiving the food and no refund either. Would recommend avoiding!”

  “I have been a regular customer at this Chinese restaurant for two years. Unfortunately, one staff member's consistently rude and aggressive on the phone. The restaurant is family-run, but the management should address this issue promptly to prevent it from impacting their business. Food is ok but she sours the taste.”

  “Bad customer service woman was rude on the phone and as I was still speaking put the phone down on me just because I asked to pay extra at the door for salt and pepper chips which has never been a problem done this loads of times before. I always ask for them well done too when it came I knew there was something gonna be wrong with the order with how she was, chips were cold and soggy like they had been re heated and been left for ages. I spent £35 and got treated horribly she needs teaching some hospitality skills other wise she will loose custom like she has done with me.”
