  “Ordered food for delivery and initially told 45 minutes. After an hour I rung to find how long it was going to be to be told the driver had set off. 30 minutes later food still not arrived and they now said driver had set off 2 minutes ago. Almost 2 hours to get our food delivered. Then when we unpacked the food they had got the order completely wrong leaving our friends without their correct order and not enough food to go round us all! When I did ring up they said the food that was missing wasn’t on the order and didn’t seem overly fussed. Complete shambles and the food was poor at best, certainly not worth the wait and won’t be using again.”

  “Please bring cash or make sure you can do a bank transfer before coming, they dont take card and do NOT park near the legion pub next to it, you may get a parking ticket if your there longer than 5 minutes or dont have a disabled badge. Anywho, we ordered two currys, chicken and beef, roast chicken that comes with gravy, sweet and sour chicken with rice, 3 portions of chips and onion rings for only £35 that came with free spring rolls, prawn crackers and a fortune cookie! It was amazing! Food is hot and ready to go, theres even enough for like 2 or 3 people in just one pot! I would highly recommend china china, service is amazing and staff is very friendly, atmosphere is welcoming and there is a variety of food!”

  “absolutely atrocious, so upset as we were really looking forward to trying the slat and pepper munch box. Chips were cold and hard. Rice stuck together, hard, cold and flavourless. Same goes for the ribs, very strange taste and awful portion. Only thing that was semi decent was the shredded salt and pepper chicken. Really disappointed. Maybe it was just an off day :(”

  “Tonight we thought we would try a different Chinese takeaway and I'm so glad we did. It arrived within 30mins red hot. The spare ribs were so tender they fell apart the other meals where top notch. Got to say the best takeaway we have had in a long time. Will definitely be using China china in future. Highly recommend 👌 xx”

  “Awful service unless you want the delivery 54 minutes late and you want to throw it in the microwave to have Hot food. Being told I've been held up (what with a gun) is totally unacceptable. Its not as if its cheap but having a 30 minute delivery slot is a wide enough window to deliver. My advice, AVOID getting it delivered or just avoid full stop”

  “Not bad for a small local Chinese. Probably the best around here and they offer buy 5 main courses get one free (or is it 6?), which is a great deal. I have to say that am surprised by the negative reviews as I honestly rate it. The only other that comes close is the Chinese by the swimming pool (can't remember name!). Maybe it's that they've got better? In my humble opinion, it's well worth a try.”

  “50 minutes wait for collecting the order. Shredded beef in chilli sauce, chips and chicken were well overcooked and totally un eatable. Part of the order was missed which required another collection, with no apology. Most of the food went in the bin along with the menu.”

  “Am rating as a one star as you don’t seem to be able to rate as no stars. Cannot comment on the food as our order was cancelled due to restaurant rejecting our order. Food order for delivery placed through Just Eat and according to their website, our house was 2 miles away from the restaurant. Not sure why restaurant cancelled our order. Can only assume they must be doing well if they can afford to turn away business on a Friday night.”

  “Food was estimated to arrive in an hour. It was a further hour late. Had to call to chase. Told they're really busy so food not even dispatched yet. Asked if it had been sat all this time. Told no, theydt make it fresh when the driver was just about free. Total lie, it arrived stone cold. Even the dish of curry was cold through. The chips and pepper chicken were all cold and hard from sitting. Rang to complain and the completely ignorant staff eventually said they would remake and send again or issue a refund. It was almost 10pm by this point and I wasn't waiting another hour or two for food so said refund. Food went in bin and we went hungry. Refund never arrived on card so chased via Just Eat, another waste of time. Hours of agro later Just Eat say the restaurant refused the refund as you ate the food. Wow, do they have a camera in my house? How do they know as I remember putting it in the bin! Just eat offer £10 voucher. No, was already promised a full refund by snotty cow at the restaurant on Saturday. So just eat then had to honour the refund as the crooks at the take away promised it and then hoped we'd forget. Just eat then issued a full amount voucher and I had to ring them again at 11pm and kick off to get it reissued as a refund. So avoid just eat as you end up the middle man in a game of nobody's problem and avoid this take away as you end up with cold food that makes you sick and dealing with liars and crooks.”
