  “I had such a wonderful breakfast at this place in Headingley. Everything we ordered arrived looking absolutely beautiful, especially the eggs which were cooked to perfection. The flavours were spot on. I particularly loved the addition of fresh dill on the savoury egg dish, which paired so well with the crusty bread. The coffee was excellent too, served with lovely latte art that really showed the care put into every cup. It is the perfect spot for a relaxed morning.”

  “Really good food and service. Had a lovely time and this restaurant has a great array of options. My server Molly was great and took good care of me and my family. We agreed it’s one of the best brunches we’ve ever had. Recommend getting the Turkish eggs with a side of skin on fries!”

  “A lovely place with a great atmosphere. I had excellent fish and chips – a perfectly fried haddock fillet served in a soft bun with a fresh side salad. The Caesar salad was outstanding as well. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Leeds or the charming suburb of Headingley.”

  “Really enjoyed coming here today. The food was lovely, drinks were great, and the service was amazing. Daisy served us and she was absolutely lovely, so friendly and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Couldn’t fault anything, will definitely be back!”

  “Lovely staff and even during busy periods they treat everyone great and food does not take too long. Classic brunch menu items that can't go wrong with (try the breakfast sandwich). Bit on the pricey side but portions are good. Bring back the bacon, maple and pecan pancakes! 😁”

  “Came here a few months ago with a friend from my uni days and we both loved it. Over the last few months I’ve ended up finding out I can’t eat gluten and have been trying to find affordable and good food to eat that’s gluten free. Thought I will come back to have a look and they have a really good selection of gluten free options or even food that can be made to be gluten free. I went today on my own and from the minute I walked in to leaving I never felt out of place or to be made to feel uncomfortable for being on my own. Which for someone with social anxiety this was perfect. I got the eggs residents which I asked if I can have it gluten free. The request wasn’t an issue at all and for those who are gluten free know how iffy the bread can be, but what they used was really good. Love the coffee, food and atmosphere. Was easy to just have a relaxed end to my morning.Definitely coming back again to try even more items on the menu. And for those gluten free this place has some very tasty and various options to choose from.”

  “A really nice café bar! My friend and I went around 10am and managed to grab the last seat, so it definitely gets busy. Just a heads up, they don’t take bookings for breakfast for groups under 6, so it’s first come, first served. We ordered the eggs residence and the French brioche toast with vanilla mascarpone and blueberry compote. The eggs came out nice and warm, but I think they could’ve used a bit more salt and pepper (might’ve been my fault for not asking though). The French brioche toast was really good, the mascarpone tasted fresh, and the bits of honeycomb were such a nice touch. I do feel like the centre of the toast was a little plain, so maybe there’s room to add a bit more there, but still really enjoyable overall. The latte was solid as well. Service was nice, and it’s a great spot to just hang out with a friend. Would definitely come back to try their bottomless brunch!”

  “We absolutely love this place! Eggs Benedict is my ‘go to’ with a flat white. Other family members have had a breakfast, pancakes and a sandwich and again, delicious! Yes it’s pricy, but totally worth it! Trust me! Lovely staff, smily, friendly and polite. And although Headingley is my favourite branch, the Moortown one is also a great one to visit, just not as local for us.”
