  “Very slow service and rude staff. I was seved on the 04/06/26 at 15:30 pm. The chef was busy talking to a sales man for 7 minutes and the manager whilst I stood there with my 8 year old.daughter. we had an appointment to attend and saw the shop had no customers and so thought it won't take long ro get 2 chicken sandwiches. Instead we was met with arrogance. You dont deserve to be in business if you find serving people.a chore or you think your better than black people”

  “Health and Hygiene Safety is of no concern to these people. An insufficient supply of soap within the toilet's led to enquiring for some although, we were directed towards applying alcoholic hand sanitiser as an alternative. This is not acceptable within a consumer eating environment and thus the question was asked how staff actually wash their hands, leading to a stumbled response that they have none within the premises. Upon acknowledging this, a lecture was provided to the staff regarding the importance, especially with handling food of which thier customer's consume. We requested to go into the back to wash our hand's but this was denied as though this firm was trying to hide something. Then, we were provided some fairy liquid which didn't even half resolve the matter in hand. We remained sceptical about the policies and procedures although we had already ordered prior to this finding. You could say at an established tea making company with multiple branches that standardisation was a comfort towards the quality of food being served, but no. Our six donut box order entailed an extensively long hair at which point we asked for a refund and left. Will never be returning here for anything, regardless of how desperate the bladder may be or to quench a thirst. What was once a praised perception of this company has now been diminished.”

  “I love the chai here, but I’m completely disappointed with the hygiene level at this place. I found a men’s hair in my food. The staff replaced my order with a new one, but I found another hair in my meal as I took the first three bites. I was disgusted and I threw it all away. You seriously need to consider the cleanliness and hygiene levels at your restaurant”

  “Tried this place for the first time in June 2025. Ordered tea and desserts. The tea was a bit cold and one of the desserts was a bit hard. The custard was boiling hot, much hotter than the tea. Service was ok . They have a good selection of desserts and the table was clean. Will give it another try when passing through.”

  “Lovely dessert shop. Bought 6 donuts for £7 which isn't too bad. You get to choose which 6 you want. Choose from Kinder Bueno black/white, Nutella, Lotus, Nutella black/white Chocolate, Oreo and Marshmallows. Nice freshly made in front of you. Parking is a bit of a headache as it's a corner shop.”
