“Quirky cafe bar on Platform of Carnforth Station. Attached to a local history museum. Both chock full of memorabilia from the 1940's, war time and obviously Brief Encounter. Makes a great visit for local history buffs and anyone interested in nostalgia. I had a lovely cosy hour indoors whilst my train mad husband chased numbers on the platform in the cold!!”
