  “Amelie what a girl! Absolute asset to the Miller Carter team, looked after us with great enthusiasm, knowledge of food service and the full whack. Give it to this girl for making our experience that whole lot better! She helped us with options of food with advice, ease of ‘changing the steak ‘rarerity’ if brought out and we wanted it more cooked! This went a long way for my friend who wasn’t sure! Food was great! I had the Cauliflower wings for starter, Rump with Onion wedge, mash with Camembert. Chocolate Ganache for dessert. Others that had meat thoroughly enjoyed it, and also starters of Yorkshire pudding which they really liked! There was 4 of us and We all had the three course meal, with add ons/upgrades and lots of drinks , either a chosen steak or the burger, with our full 3 course. Atmosphere was great ! Only very small ‘downside’ was one of our drinks didn’t arrive until after our main meal, although the man who apologised who brought it over, he didn’t appear that bothered. From a customer service point of view I would make it clear ‘we are really sorry’. The calamari as a starter was the most overcooked calamari I have ever had…. Apart from that everything else was great and we did thoroughly enjoy ourselves. Huge thanks to the team and especially to Amelie our ‘host’ credit to you girl!”

  “Excellent meal for Fathers Day - we had the Father’s Day boards and the steaks were cooked to perfection. Andrea served us and was attentive, friendly and funny. The only negative was that the air con was broken.”

  “My daughter arranged a family lunch for my 60th at this restaurant. There were 21 of us, we had a private dinning area. The food service were really good. My only issue was the food took a while to come but considering we were a big party it was hot and tasty. The room we were in was quite warm with no opening windows but we were very grateful for the privacy and room space. Our waitress was v attentive but I have forgooton her name. But she was lovely.”

  “Absolutely amazing experience at Miller & Carter! The food was outstanding from start to finish — perfectly cooked, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. Every part of the meal exceeded our expectations. A special mention to our waitress Andrea, who was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the evening. She made us feel very welcome and provided excellent service. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be coming back!”

  “We attend frequently, food has always been exceptional and staff very pleasant. I’ve never left a review for M&C but decided to do so as our trip earlier today was extra special. This was down to a very attentive and very friendly waiter. My daughter loved her! Every ask was received with a smile. I’d go as far to say that this has been one of the warmest dining experiences we’ve had, she even remembered us from last time! As far as customer service goes, it doesn’t get much better than this adding to a pleasant experience. KETTERING M&C branch highly recommend!”

  “We had a lovely meal at Miller and Carter last night. We had 3 courses and drinks. The food was excellent as was the presentation of the food. Lucy was our waitress, she was so lovely and attentive despite the restaurant being packed. Lucy really helped make the whole experience a success. Great atmosphere and so lovely inside. Happy to give 5 stars to Miller and Carter and Lucy! Also compliments to the hard working chefs and all the staff for making everyone's evening a happy one.”

  “Food was brilliant, and the staff are very attentive. I have been twice and had the lunch menu between 12-5 and it’s very good value for money (3 courses for £23) The soup is amazing on that menu. In fact everything I tried in the pictures is spot on. Highly recommend. I know the main menu is a bit expensive but I’m sure will be equally as good for the price you would pay. Great servers at this restaurant and good come out quick and hot. Today my server was Andrea and she was very polite and very quick to clean away the table when I was done.”

  “It was our first time visiting Miller & Carter Steakhouse and wow were we not disappointed. Service was brilliant with Andrea as our table server; she took our drink and food orders quickly and efficiently, consistently asked if we needed anything during our meal, and was incredibly warm, welcoming and friendly. The food was utterly delicious and worth every penny. Will definitely go again. - From the family up North”
