  “We’ve ordered off here twice now and both times the panini came soggy with the tin foil stuck to it. I asked for grilled peppers to be put on my burger even paid extra yet no peppers on it. I hate putting reviews on but there needs to be so much improvement here. Firstly a panini needed to be put in a panini maker to make it crispy on outside otherwise it will be soggy like it was. The picture that are posted on just eat and ridiculous an all cos it doesn’t come looking owt like it. It’s obvious ai but still false advertisement. Also not to mention they have another account on just eat called Bunzo grill which is the exact same address and menu as smash burgers 🤷🏼‍♀️”

  “Came here as Atlanta Crispy was closed so was a last minute decision. Was not busy at all and I was the only person in the shop. Told my order would take 15 mins took more than 20 and there were 2 guys prepping my food behind the counter. I was also charged £7.50 instead of £6.99 for the Nashville Burger meal. Extremely mediocre for the price. Does not taste of any Nashville burger I've had and was just plain and cheap chicken tenders with hot sauce. Tenders were quite flavourless and the chips were same. The meals also do not include include a drink. Wouldn't recommend. Very generic and would expect this from a cheap takeaway and there are far better places for cheaper prices.”

  “Having previously ordered from here twice before, we were really disappointed with the service. Ordered at 7:10 with an ETA of 8, I then rang at 8:20 and was told this would be 5 minutes away, I then rang back at 8:40 and was told this would be 5 minutes away. This arrived at 8:45 and wasn’t particularly warm, but they had also forgotten a can of coke and two lots of loaded fries. I rang back and was told I could have them in my next order, when I asked for a refund they weren’t very happy. I didn’t have my bank details to hand so they said they’d contact me re a refund, a week later and I’ve heard nothing (I have messaged them on socials and been ignored).”

  “One of the best takeaway experiences I’ve had! The smash burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, while the chicken tender burger was crispy on the outside and tender inside. Everything tasted fresh and well-seasoned. Portions were generous and the food arrived hot. Highly recommend!”

  “The delivery was super fast, and the driver was very friendly. The fries are seasoned to perfection. The kids meals are amazing, definitely bigger portion than anywhere else. Overall, the food was delicious. However, I ordered a panini, which I don't think went through a panini press, or anything else to be honest, it was pale white.”

  “Fantastic value. The burgers are delicious super juicy. Really friendly staff who are happy to help. Milkshakes are made fresh with ice cream. Will be back”
