  “Really enjoyed our meal at Mr Ta Halifax! The food was delicious and everything was full of flavour. Fate looked after us and she was absolutely brilliant — so friendly and helpful. Great food, great service and a lovely experience overall. Definitely recommend! 😊”

  “I had a disappointing experience today at Mr T’s. While the food and atmosphere were okay, the behavior of the front desk ladies was not welcoming. Customer service is very important, and unfortunately, the staff did not speak respectfully or professionally. Customers should be treated with kindness and good communication. I hope management looks into improving staff behavior because a positive attitude makes a big difference in the customer experience.”

  “Stopped by for a quick bite and ordered a burger with fries and some chicken strips. The food was actually really nice — What really made the visit stand out though was the customer service. The staff member who looked after us was genuinely friendly and welcoming, made sure everything was spot on without being over the top. I feel bad because she told me her name and I’ve completely forgotten it, but she was brilliant and deserves the credit. Overall, solid food but top-tier service — definitely worth coming back for.”

  “Stopped by Mr Ts and came away impressed tbh. Food was spot on, fresh, full of flavour, and didn’t take ages to come out either. All of the staff wreally nice as well, just genuine and easygoing. They checked in at the right times without overdoing it, which I rate. You can tell they actually care about the service. Overall just a smooth, enjoyable visit. I’ll definitely be back 👌”
