  “Ordered food, never delivered. The owner claims they have called but clearly not my own number. So even I didn't answer the phone. Pizza could be left and photo taken to proof but instead they took it back!! £30 you've gained on this occasion Ihope make your business thrive. Scammers!”

  “0 stars! DO NOT USE - Scammers Ordered food with them at 11:30pm whilst the business still showed as open. Ordered off their website they took my money but didn’t accept my order until 17 hours later. Drove past the takeaway itself on the night of ordering and they were closed so couldn’t even go in. Expected to be able to get a refund as they must’ve known that my order was whilst they were shut but instead they accepted it. Called them up and asked for a refund to be told they can’t do that! I ordered food with them, never got the food because they were shut only to be told I can’t get my money back! Absolute scam!”

  “Lackadaisical staff. No atmosphere. Out of date pricing on the walls. Got my order wrong - asked me if I wanted salad, when I got home, there was no salad, but there were some mystery chips. Giving 2* review as at least I didn't get food poisoning. Won't be returning.”

  “We love casa curries. Been using them for years. Great place. Last 2 curries I’ve had small plastic pieces in my curry. Which puts me off. Thought the first time was a one off so didn’t care. But this is the second time.”

  “Love this place. Been having takeaways for years we even ordered them when we had a presentation for sowerby bridge junior football club many years ago. We ordered 4 pizzas for West end bowling club sowerby bridge and everyone enjoyed them and took a menu with them.”

  “So, on a friend's recommendation we had started using Casa after our regular takeaway ( Fatima's) stopped delivering to out area. Several orders over a couple of months and all was well, hot, good food promptly delivered. Tonight was no different, until I opened my chapattis, they were rock hard, days old probably and had obviously been microwaved, maybe more than once. I rang to complain and was told that the order picker? had sent them by mistake and that my chapattis were meant for the birds. I was served waste, waste that was in a place where it could easily be mistaken for food. As well as the obvious health and hygiene implications of serving customers waste food, I am certain that throwing waste food to the bloody birds is not the proper way to dispose of it. The lad apologised and took responsibility, offering to replace them, funnily enough I'd lost my appetite by this point. Won't be using them again. I've had a reply from the owner now claiming they never send out rehashed food. Also that the birds statement is absurd, well, I know what I was told. My chapattis were rock hard, simple as that. If my chapattis weren't from at least from the day before and reheated then I'll eat my hat, why would I make it up? Also, if it's not true then why would you later send a poor driver to my house with some poppadoms, chapattis and a can of pop. ( Which I refused) Nobody likes a bad review I'm sure but my comments are a true representation of what occured and how it was dealt with. You pay your money and take your chance.”

  “We ordered 2 chicken kebabs and 2 portions of garlic wedges, and all I can say is the chicken was inedible, grey and just seemed like it had been left out for a while and there were hairs in both portions of the wedges, when we rang to complain about these things they were completely rude and told me I was lying. I then proceeded to ask if they could replace the food and again I was told I was lying and that the food was fine (along with some ignorant chuckling). If anything I would say the people that work there are purely ignorant and just plain rude. I won’t be ordering from here again and I would strongly recommend people to do the same.”
