“Visited KFC Halifax today and honestly had a really good experience. Harris, Sucharitha and Wasih were all friendly, polite and made the whole place feel welcoming. Service was quick, food was fresh and everything was handled professionally even though it looked busy. You can tell the staff actually care about customer service. Definitely one of the better KFC experiences I’ve had recently.”

“OK so I didn't check the order but we asked if it was all there. I drove home to find 2 portions of chips missing. So with 33% of 2 meals missing I drove back down and explained. There was no argument and I was given the missing items. Thing is, nobody said sorry and actually didn't seem to care. I assume because it happens so often. Moral of story, check your orders, but equally, sorry isn't hard to say either.”

“Food not too bad but there is very poor service and it takes a very long time. And they took so many orders before us even if our order wasn’t that big. The staff was also not the most understanding.”
