  “Quick option when staying at nearby moxy hotel, just within 5 minutes walking distance. Quite spacious and not crowded. Food taste ok.”

  “The customer service was the worst we've ever experienced. We had a group of 7 students on a school trip who walked down and ordered food, and they were never served their food. Adults from the Moxy, where we were staying, had to walk down there because the students were going to miss their curfew when food was taking over 30 minutes. Adults were met with complete indifference from the employees as to the inconvenience waiting 30 - 45 minutes for fast food. The lady working the counter would simply walk away when asked about the status. It took one of our students a complete hour to receive his food. He wasn't given a ticket and couldn't tell them a number. It was a complete mess at 9:30 at night, our first night in London. It wasn't a dinner rush time. It was before 9pm. We are putting out an alert to the entire group to avoid this KFC for the duration of our stay. It was simply the worst customer service. The establishment was also dirty and had an odor. It's concerning how poorly this place operated and how the workers didn't care one single bit about displeasing their customers and judging by the reviews, we should have known better than to expect better. Clearly they will be sorry to hear about such a experience but clearly they won't do anything to remedy the negative reviews.”

  “Absolutely unacceptable experience at this KFC branch. We waited over 40 minutes for our order, and despite asking the staff for an update, we were completely ignored. No one provided any information or apologized for the delay. The lobby and the entire restaurant were dirty, and it was clear that cleanliness was not being maintained. I also noticed staff handling food without wearing hair nets, which is a serious hygiene and food safety concern. This level of service is unacceptable for a well-known brand like KFC.   “I ordered a zinger burger meal and bbq dripping bites. Both the items were freshly made it seemed. They were hot and succulent. The new sauce I really liked.”

  “I ordered the new zinger daredevil burgers and we were very excited to try them. The burgers were fresh and everything but there was very little sauce in both burgers. The SAUCE was the main highlight here and they lacked to execute. Service in drive thru was quick and easy.”

  “Order number #7088, 31st March Had to wait for more than 20 minutes to have my food. The sandwich wasn't stacked properly. Messy box. No syrup in my drink. No soap in the toilets, no toilet rolls. Music too loud. Floor wasn't cleaned. Window ledges full of dust and dead flys.”

  “I visited this establishment after attending a function at a nearby venue, hoping to finish my night with a quality meal. Unfortunately, what I received was extremely disappointing. As a Manager in the West Midlands, I found the standards here to be far below what is expected. A store operating like this in my region would likely be shut down. All screens were full, yet there appeared to be little to no urgency, and no one seemed to be actively packing orders. My order number was 7404, a Zinger with cheese and 3 Mini Fillets. The Zinger was dry, with minimal breading, and definitely not prepared to gold standard. Availability also appeared poor, and it was clear that timers were not being followed in line with KFC standards. This experience fell well below expectations. I strongly encourage management to address these issues and fix whatever is causing these operational failures. I hope future customers receive a far better experience than I did.”

  “One of the worst kfcs i have ever been to and i have been to some bad ones. Had to use the maschines to order and of course as i am using cash i was punished. I printed my order and had to go to the till to pay cash but i was not able to pay for 10mins due to the till staff just ignoring me. Waited another 10mins to get my food and when i got home i checked the burger as it was the new pickle burger where i had added cheese and no cheese was in the burger. The pickles were somehow burnt i dont think i've ever had a burnt pickle before and the burger was a sorry excuese of a burger. Total was £12 which was a joke”

  “Bought a snack as I was very hungry on my way home from work. Normally I avoid KFC but they didn’t let me down. Enjoyed a very tasty snack of fresh hot wings in years and a mini fillet snack box. It was hot, crispy, with a perfect good old flavour and texture. May be my perfect timing. The restaurant was clean and staff well mannered.”

  “What can I say. The burger was empty. The chicken peice was very minimal. Beans had a funny taste. Was expecting fries turned to be chips with skin on it. Would I come again. No. The good thing it was ready in 2 minutes.”
