  “Turned up and ordered breakfast, It was reasonably busy but not rammed, service was really slow with a lot of staff standing around doing very little other than chatting with what looked like the manager doing all the work. food was OK but by the time we got our food, ate, decided we wanted pancakes and another coffee we exceeded our 60 minutes allowance so if you are going to put a time limit on your car park you need to be a lot faster with your service.”

  “I would like to make a formal complaint regarding my recent experience at your establishment. Unfortunately, the staff member who served me was extremely rude and unprofessional. Their attitude made me feel unwelcome, and they were dismissive when I tried to explain the issue. To make matters worse, I was given the wrong order. When I brought this to the staff member’s waqas attention the teams manger rather than him apologising or trying to resolve the mistake, they responded in a rude manner, which made the situation even more frustrating. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and to receive the order I paid for. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the way this situation was handled was unacceptable. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and ensure that staff are reminded of the importance of good customer service. I hope you will take my feedback seriously and let me know how you intend to address this issue. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response.”

  “I was very disappointed with the service. The staff member was talking on her phone while customers were waiting, and no one was processing orders, which resulted in a long wait. When I finally received my order, the bag was incomplete—it was missing tissues and the sauces that should have been included. I expect staff to focus on serving customers promptly and to check that every order is complete before handing it over. I hope this feedback helps improve the service for future customers.”

  “I had a great experience at McDonald’s thanks to Manjit. They were friendly, efficient, and made sure my order was handled perfectly. It’s always nice to see someone take pride in their work and treat customers with genuine kindness. Really appreciated the positive attitude—made my visit much better!”

  “Terrible place, that will send you a fine if you stay longer than 60 minutes. While charging elctric car and paying a lot for it. They refused to cancell it, despite me spending over 40 pounds at the charger. Chargers are much slower than advertised - should charge my car 20-80 percent in 35 minutea, but it took almost twice that - and that's how they get you 😂 They will try to say, that chargers are operated by an external company, but those are on their premises and clearly part of their scammy way of ripping off drivers. AVOID”

  “Click and collect at around 5:30 am. Ordered a couple of egg muffins , the food was a little cold and I had to wait a bit longer than expected. Still, it’s a very convenient location with plenty of parking, possibly because it was so early.”

  “I would not recommend to go to this place people on the phone they hardly could speak English or they didn’t even know the menu the McDonald’s has. They gave me a hard time to order them. My food chicken nuggets looks like they’ve been cooked yesterday. Burger very dry.”

  “At the time I wrote this review I was sitting in the car park eating my order (5 chicken selects meal medium chocolate milkshake) and I just wanted to say a thank you to the gentlemen who took my order at the drive thru for such a high energy and spirited experience, it generally made my day speaking to someone with such happiness and joy even at 10:20pm. I did give my compliments to him at the collection window, I think he was some form of management but I just wanted to shout him out on here as well Excellent service from keep up the happiness”

  “Dear McDonald’s Team, I’m writing to report that I received the wrong order from your store (Hounslow bath road)as you can see on the receipt. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time this has happened, and it’s becoming a repeated issue. I kindly ask that this matter be taken seriously, as order accuracy is very important to customers.
