Customer Review Summary
One reviewer praises the chicken and spicy fries, and another is fond of the kebab meat rice box. Complaints dominate, though. One diner found the lemon and herb chicken burnt and was told that is how it is grilled. Another received uncooked chips and a missing item on a delivery, had the phone put down twice, and sought a refund through the delivery app.

“I personaly enjoy their chicken and their spicy fries ! BUT UNFORTUNATELY after 6 years of constant go to . They did me dirty one time and that is enough. I came 50 min before closing and they said it is only gor take away . I was reluctant but said sure whatev but before the order was done he asked me again if I would eat here or take away . By giving me the option I decided to go with eat here . Unfortunately after 10 min of eating it was to hot I was In a rush and asked for a Dammed Bag to take out and leave the joint . And bro yelled at me that i asked to eat it and now I want a bag and with a disgusting demeanour he asked for 10 pi for the bag . I threw 1 pound and i will try to never visit again because their professionalism is lacking big time”

“We have ordered from chicken land Chessington a lots of times , we had order through just eat, But after tonight I won't be ordering from them again, Some of my older wasn't delivered and the chips weren't even cooked , I have never seen anything like it , I rang the shop and they tried to blame the driver and they put the phone down on me , I then rung them again and they kept passing me over to different people, I asked them to send new chips and the item that was missing and they said ok and when I asked how long they put the phone down again on me , I have now asked for a refund from just eat for the items that I couldn't eat and never received, let's see what happens”
