  “⭐ 1 STAR!!! Absolutely awful experience. I ordered the Mighty Meat Feast Burger, and it looked like something you’d find at the Chum Bucket rather than an actual restaurant. It tasted heavily processed, wasn’t appetising in the slightest, and definitely wasn’t worth the money. The “loaded fries” were even more disappointing. They were just plain, unseasoned fries with a couple of cheese slices thrown on top. Calling them loaded is a stretch. To make matters worse, the dining area was very unclean, which completely put me off eating there. The only thing I have no complaints about was the drinks, but realistically, it’s hard to get a bottled drink wrong. I was originally thinking about ordering one of the Chicago Subs, but after looking at the pictures, I genuinely almost threw up in my mouth. They looked that bad. The biggest insult was the price. I spent around £30 for two burgers, two fries, and two drinks. For what we received, it was an absolute rip-off. This was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.”

  “⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely love Chicago Grill! Easily one of the best burger spots in town — the burgers are fresh, juicy, and full of flavour. A special shoutout to Mohammed for the excellent customer service. He was really friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was perfect. Great food combined with great service makes a huge difference. Definitely recommend Chicago Grill if you’re looking for a proper burger in Hounslow. Best burger in town! 🍔🔥”

  “I had a pretty good experience here! 🍔 The food was enjoyable, and the service was efficient. The atmosphere felt pleasant too. I'd definitely recommend adding a grilled chicken thigh burger to the menu – that meat is always so soft and juicy! 😋🍗”

  “Amazing food, first time i had a portion with a reasonable size, the service was excellent, the food got to us fast and we were able to enjoy the taste me and my friends were able to chill and talk while eating the food we ordered. The atmosphere, was fun there wasnt much crowd which made it even better for us as we were able to relax. I recommend this place as this, the staff were lovely and fun to interact with.”

  “I came here after a long day of traveling and walking and got just what I needed!! The flaming bull burger is bangin. Fries are good but they get even better with the two sauces (I need recipes for those!!) and the milk cake is pretty good too. Definitely wanna come back if I'm ever in the area again”

  “Chicago Grill in Hounslow is on another level – worth every mile from Birmingham! The chicken? Juicy, tender, and absolutely banging with flavour in every bite. These guys have nailed seasoning and spice like no one else. Big shout-out to the brother on the till – proper legend. Always friendly, always smiling, and his recommendations never miss. He’ll guide you to the best dishes like he wrote the menu himself. The place is spotless, the vibe is warm, and it’s perfect for families. You feel welcome the second you step in, and you leave already planning your return. Chicago Grill isn’t just food – it’s an experience you’ll crave again and again.”

  “Recently visited this place for dinner and I would say it I one of the best burger spots in Hounslow. Friendly staff and great ambiance. They have a variety of items on the menu but we went for the Peri Peri Chicken Deluxe Burger, The Big Mama Chicken burger and some Chicken Fries. Must say that I was blown away by the flavours. The chicken was juicy and flavours were great. The portion sizes are huge so it’s a great value for money as well. All the dishes were really impressive and it will definitely gonna be a regular spot for me.”

  “Alhamdulillah for this place, the staff have always been amazing. The shop has its own unique environment where the owner makes everyone feel extremely welcome and part of a community. Subhanullah the portions are HUGE, and I’ve never left hungry in any of my visits. The food is all halal, and the place is kept very clean. Service is fast and the food is flavoursome. I recommend everyone visiting the place to try it for yourself, the staff are always extremely helpful, especially when suggesting what to order, and the food has always met or exceeded expectations. May Allah grant this business and the employees with a lot of Barakah (The opening hours are amazing too, and they have offers running time to time, so definitely worth checking out whenever you can)”
