Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often point to the western decor, describing the moment of walking in as stepping into an old western movie, with the cowboy theme setting a fun tone. Close behind is friendly service, with several noting staff who went out of their way for children and birthday parties. Food gets praise as tasty and plentiful, with the ribs, fries and the Rancher Feast singled out as good value, and families like the different size options on kids meals. The main caveats are noise and cost. One diner found it hard to order above the music, another called it very loud, and one found the food expensive. At a busy Friday visit, one family felt left in a corner table, and tortilla chips ordered for hungry children never arrived, though they were taken off the bill. One diner missed beef tacos and a michelada cocktail on the menu. Birthday groups describe a big dessert delivered with singing, balloons and a cowboy hat.

“FAB food, service and environment, Ella was a lovely waitress and a much needed personality in this current day of hospitality- showing high energy and friendliness. We came today to celebrate my brothers birthday and it was brilliant, everyone on shift went above and beyond to make my brother smile. Great food also!!! Would 1000% recommend!”

“The décor is fantastic — the moment you walk in, you feel like you’ve stepped straight into a Western movie! 🤠 The whole place has a great atmosphere, with lots of character and attention to detail. The service was good, and the gentleman who looked after us was very friendly, polite and attentive. A really enjoyable place with a unique atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit!”
