About The Kings Fee
The Kings Fee is a pub on Commercial Rd in Hereford, at number 49-51, that serves a full breakfast menu with unlimited tea and coffee. The morning choices include the freedom breakfast and eggs benedict, and a veggie and vegan breakfast covers meat-free orders. Hot drinks come from self-serve dispensers, so the tea and coffee can be topped up at will. Later in the day, the kitchen serves curry with poppadoms and naan, and meal deals run on weekdays. The bar also pours cocktails by the pitcher.

Customer Review Summary
Breakfast is the meal reviewers raise most, and opinions on it split sharply. Praise centers on a decent veggie and vegan breakfast with unlimited tea and coffee, great value, and a quick, fairly hot arrival, with staff described as friendly and welcoming. Pitchers of cocktails, weekday meal deals, and hearty portions at affordable prices also draw approval, along with indoor and outdoor seating. The complaints recur around temperature. One diner found a freedom breakfast cold, with rubbery eggs, cold bacon and mushrooms, and replacement toast warmer than the plate. Others describe cold eggs benedict, cold pancakes and syrup, and lukewarm sides. A curry diner reports soggy poppadoms and limp naan, and a loaded fry came up short on cheese. Reviewers also mention slow food, uncleared tables, dirty cutlery, empty hot drink dispensers, and disabled toilets needing cleaning. One family asked for poached eggs and received both poached and fried.

“Don't expect a warm breakfast on a Sunday.. Ordered a freedom breakfast and yes it was free from heat... I returned the white bread that was given as toast and asked for proper toast when it came back it was warmer than the breakfast when it first came out Two hard yoked rubbery eggs, Two cold slices of bacon cold mushrooms and medium to warm tomatoes, beans medium to hot.. Overall not impressed could have been better with a little bit of care... Not the usual breakfasts that I've had in the past from other outlets..”

“Stopped off at this Wetherspoon's as a pit stop between Brecon and the S Coast. No major criticisms - reasonable quality food, hearty portions, affordable prices. A lot cheaper than the services too!”
